You can uncheck multiple songs by selecting all the songs you want to uncheck, then right-click and choose "uncheck selection". Also, make sure that you have checked "Sync only checked songs and videos" on the Summary tab of your iTunes sync settings or the sync process will ignore your selections.
You can remove all the photos from your camera roll using Preview on your Mac. Connect your phone to your Mac, open Preview, go to File>Import from iPhone. When your photos appear in Preview, select the photos you want to delete, then click on the icon at the bottom showing the red circle with the diagonal line through it (see image below), then click Delete.
To remove photos from the Photo Stream album on your phone you'll have to either reset Photo Stream (deleting all the photos from iCloud) or turn off Photo Stream on your phone.

On your iPad go to the App Store icon, Tap on the Purchased Tab.
It will show you all the Apps that have been bought with the Apple Id currently in use by the iPad.
Assuming its the same one being used on the iPhone, you should be able to find the App there.
To further help you find it you can tap on the "Not on this iPad" button to limit the results to just Apps not currenlty installed on your iPad. -

My laptop died and with it went my old iTunes library which included many albums I had uploaded into iTunes from CDs purchased the old fashioned way, at a music store. When I backed up my iPhone 4S to my iTunes library on my new computer only the music originally purchased through Apple appeared. My iPhone 4S still has all this music on it and I would like to transfer it from the phone to my library so I can put it on my new iPhone 6.
I am wary of doing any more synching because I am afraid the old music on my phone will disappear. Can anyone shed some light on how I might be able to do this? Thanks in advance, hope my question is clear. I wish that the synching process included the simple ability to transfer specific stuff (e.g. drag and drop) from one device to the other.I downloaded CopyTrans. Still just learning my way around it but already transferred all my music from my phone to my computer very easily. Seems like a good program. I paid $29 for the full package.

I deleted the photos via Finder and empty trash long time ago. The thing is, that I want to recover one event or album. The event appears in the iphoto but when open, it shows "!". Is it possible to recover the photos?
No. When you removed the photos via the finder you damage the library. Photos should always be removed from the library using iPhoto, never with the Finder.
If you have a Time Machine backup of the library from before you deleted the photos you can restore the library to the Desktop and export that album from it to import into your current library.
It's been too long to be able to try one of the file recovery applications. You sure to have overwritten those files with new files since them.

Yes it is done through iTunes. The iPhone will never show up in Finder as a device. I have smart playlists on my iphone that i never created, a couple of them are duplicated and I cant figure out how to delete them. When i connect my phone to pc using Itunes these "Ghost" playlists do not even show up when I click "on my phone". Okay. Try checking "manually manage music and videos", and then click the flippy triangle next to your device. Then select the items you want to delete and just press Delete on your keyboard.

All of my music and photos are on my iphone. I want to transfer them to my new PC. How do I do it?
My old PC crashed. All of my songs and photos are on my iphone. I want to transfer my (1) photos to my new computer, and (2) my 2800 songs (only 300 or so of which I purchased through iTunes) to iTunes on my new PC. I have tried everyhting! I can see the about 300 songs (must be the ones I purchased on iTunes) in iTunes on my new PC. I can see the other 2500 songs in iTunes on my new PC, but they are in gray font and I can't play them. I need to clean songs and photos off of my iphone ASAP because it is full and doesn't work well, but I don't want to do so if there is a risk that I will loose them or have to reload 300 music CDs to my new computer.

How can I connect my Ipad Air to my PC to see the Ipad screen on the PC?
I have connected them via the Ipad to a LIGHTNING DIGITAL AV ADAPTER-ZML connected to a APPLE HDMI TO HDMI CABLE (1.8 M)-ZML, and to the HDMI port on the PC. But now I don't know how to show the Ipad screen on the PC, as if it was a monitor / screen, so that I can then use Lync and share my PC screen with people virtually.

You'll need to get it all onto one iTunes collection on your Mac Pro, then sync the devices to that. iTunes only lets you transfer purchases from a device, otherwise you have to use third party software.
I guess you could also look into getting iTunes Match. -

OK I think I have it figured out! In iTunes you must check mark the mp3 files you want on the ipad 2 then sync to the iPad , also if you have files on the iPad you want to keep they must be checked as well or they WILL go away! That is how I lost the ones I had on the iPad in the first place.
