If you delete the song from your PC you can redownload it. Make sure you actually remove it from the computer, and not just from the library (select "Move to Recycle Bin" when deleting). To redownload you can go to the itunes Store->Purchased-> Download Previous Purchases. Within there you have the option to view all songs purchased, as well as all songs which are "Not In My Libraray".
If you don't feel comfortable deleting the song, you can just move copy/paste it somewhere else so that you've got it backed up in case the re-download doesn't work. -
Even though i have a year student subscription with creative cloud when i try to open the programmes a window comes up for free trial or to buy the product. I was clicking the free trial option but i guess thats over now so it won't allow me to access the programs. Any suggestions?

College Students Download Songs For Free?
I just downloaded two songs yesterday on my credit card. For some reason i still have the same amount still on my card. Then i thought back to a news article i read, it said that a college student with a valid college e-mail can download songs for free? Is this still true?
I used my college e-mail to setup my account,thats also how i got my new macbook. And is that also why i still not getting charged for the songs i downloaded?it said that a college student with a valid college e-mail can download songs for free? Is this still true?
It is not and never has been true for the iTunes Store. There have been some promotions where certain tracks were offered for free (long since expired). There also were other sites, such as Ruckus, where the college paid for their students to have access to music provided by the service, but all such sites I know of have gone out of business.
It's likely, as Gnome said, that the charge just hasn't hit your credit card yet. -
The bottom rubber case of my macbook 13" late 2009 has expanded and has detached from the main body..As i'm not presently under warranty i wanted to know will the repair be free of charge for me. I had once got it replaced for free but in warranty. As i read some where in the support that apple had agreed with the defect and had decided to replace the bottom covers without any charge. And even if i'm charged for it what will be the amount will hav to pay for it..

5 days ago I bought a 13" MacBook Air from an apple store. It does not have Maverick on it! I paid full price for it, but since it has the old operating system I kind of feel like I bought a "clearance" item but payed full price for it! Does anyone have any advice, wisdom etc. This is my first Mac and I'm really bummed that it's not the latest and greatest. I know I can download maverick for free.....but are there other differences? There is no difference, you didnt get "shorted" Mavericks is a FREE DOWNLOAD
Open the APP store and download Mavericks.
You didnt buy a "clearance" item, you just got an Air that was there at the shop before Mavericks was released.
There is no difference other than a 40 min. download. -

my iphone 5 is not finding any bluetooth divises. trying to connect to bluetooth hands free but its not searching the divice. what do i do to connect bluetooth headset.
have you tried toggling bluetooth off/on again? if so, try doing a hard reset:
Press and hold both the Home button and the Sleep/wake button simultaneously for about 15 seconds and release when the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't solve the issue, you could also try backing up the device and restoring the device as new.
In that case, follow the steps in: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4137
NB: set up as a NEW device because a software issue will be in the backup. If you still can't detect or pair with any compatible bluetooth device you should offer the device for service.

Using his article will erase everything on the device, so make sure you have a backup!

Are you using dial-up, cable, or DSL? Do you have a slow or fast connection? The former is likely to make it difficult to get a reliable download of a 4 GB file.
