those are the 4 files that are infected that i cant delete and was wondering how to fix this problem?
"also i am having a problem with the cd/dvd drive(i guess its called a optical drive as well).its been happening since the end of last year sometime. any kind of cd, dvd, disc cleaner, blank cd/dvd i put in and push the drive in the drive makes the sound that its loading the disc that is in but it never loads it. then when i eject in and try it again it does the same thing. it usually takes me 10 times to actually have the drive load the blank dvd or blank cd or actual cd. and then when i try to load a different one in it won't load the disc at all. i can only load 1 disc a day or i use to be able to anyway. now recently i try and i just have a hard time to load it and i'm lucky if i can load the disc at all".
now i don't know if the drive is acting up because of the infected files or if the drive problem is a whole different problem. anyway please let me know whats happening? thanks in advance to all that respond and help.
also not sure if the question about the cd/dvd drive belongs in this area on the forum. if it doesn't just let me know what area it belongs in and i will write a new post with the question about the drive in the correct area. thanks.
p.s. i attached 4 pictures of the message that is says.

I am using ComboFix for a long time. Not so long ago, I was frequently  cleaning the PC of my friends, acquaintance or friends of my friends, as I am living in region of the world were people extremely rare buy antivirus software, but are surfing on thousands of infected websites and opening all the spamware links from IM chats or social networks messaging. There were no problems if the current antivirus is uninstalled. Not stopped from processes, but uninstalled. Also I would like to inform you that on really heavy infected machines there is no antivirus that can help you. Scanning could take not hours, but days, and the final result will be the same as it was at the beginning. Online scanners a even worse. It is impossible to clean an infected PC, connected to the internet and with all processes active. ComboFix will scan your PC in 20-30 minutes, depending on how much is infected. In my experience there were no problems with loosing any data. I had some difficulties when I did not removed AVG, just stopped it, and my internet connection was down after cleaning. (Combofix is disconnecting the PC from the internet during scanning). Flushing the DNS and updating the afd.sys repaired my connection.
At this moment ComboFix for me is the best malware remover. It is up to you to try it or not.
