I have 4 items in my download itunes store that keep trying to download even deleted them - How can I make them go away forever
About a year ago - I rented a few movies, and I didn't have enough room to move them to my ipad at the them. Whenever I sync my ipad from here on out, the movies continue to try to download, I have deleted them from the download queue, but they are always back again... Is there a way to delete the download queue forever, so they don't keep popping up?
You can't gift content or amounts to other countries, as you are in the US with a US iTunes account you can only gift to fellow US iTunes account holders.
Part of the store's terms of use is that you need to be in a country to use its store, so to be able to gift from the Canadian store you need to be in Canada with a Canadian billing address, and if using a credit card then that needs to have been issued by a Canadian bank.

The items are large (several gigs in total) and I’d prefer to not have to download them, but am annoyed by the fact that it keeps wanting to resume downloading whenever I start iTunes. Once you have them on you Mac disk drag them onto the iPhoto icon in the Dock. Or onto the open iPhoto window. Or in iPhoto file menu ==> import

Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entry, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.
(Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.) -

It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy. Use your backup copy to put everything back.

When I try to delete a song off my iphone by swiping right to left it doesnt delete, I even tried plugging the usb into my pc and deleting off itunes and i dont find an option to delete it, how can I?
Here's what I did:
1. I synced my phone to iTunes and under the music tab, I selected sync only checked playlists. I made sure I had none of my playlists selected.
2. After syncing I ejected the phone, and checked my music app. There now was no music at all on my phone.
3. Synced it again to iTunes and synced music how I typically do. When it was finished, I checked for the unwanted song, and it was gone.

All of my music does not show it was downloaded to ICloud. How do I download not only purchased but cd music to the ICloud?
You've subscribed to iTunes Match on your computer's iTunes and uploaded your music to it from your computer, as on the HT4914 page that you posted from ? And you've turned on Match on your phone ? Without Match your own music won't go into the cloud and be avilable for streaming/downloading.

I need help. I cant update my apps because of I cannot connect to iTunes store. I have tried all suggestions with no success.
Ok, I found a solution that worked for me when trying to connect to the iTunes store by tapping the "update" button in the "App Store" app on my iPad 2. Before the solution was implemented I'd always get the error message "cannot connect to iTunes store". Once the solution was implemented I now can connect to iTunes using the "update" button in the "App Store" app and I get the normal message "All apps are up to date". The solution is this: go into Settings, then General, then scroll to the bottom where it says Date and Time. Tap Date and Time and then turn OFF Set Automatically. When you do that a new option will be added that says Set Date and Time. Tap it. You'll now get a drop down feature. Set the Date AHEAD 2 YEARS. The Time you can leave alone.
Once you do that you might get a bunch of reminders and messages that your apps and stuff haven't been updated in two years. Click cancel or close on each of those messages or reminders. Now go back into Settings, General, Date and Time, and turn Set Automatically back to ON. Reboot your iPad. Open the App Store app again and go to the Update button. It might ask you to log back in to your iTunes account. It should now work. If not, close the App Store app completely and open again and try the update button. Hope this helps. -

Did you follow the instructions on the HT2534 page that you posted from when you created the account (I've just tried the instructions and I got the 'none' option on a new account) ? If not then credit card details will need to be entered before the account can be used to download any item from the store. If you are trying to use a debit card then they are no longer accepted in all countries.

If not then you will need to create a new account, and use the instructions on that HT2534 page when creating it. ITunes Store and music keep freezing and closing on me. How can I make this stop?
So I downloaded the 3 versions of Chipstep by Boyinaband, and it's been processing for 5+ hours! Not to mention whenever I go into my music, it stays on my playlists screen and then closes. Same with iTunes, except iTunes actually allows me to do stuff, but only for about 20 seconds. I really need to know how to get this to stop. Someone please help me!

HT204022 I have an old "Photo Stream" that is unwanted and cannot be deleted. How can I delete it?
In Photos on my iPhone 5, I have Camera roll, My Photo Stream, Favorites, Panoramas,Videos, and Photo Stream (an old one). This last photo stream is big in size, unwanted, and yet, cannot be deleted. I need more storage space on my phone, but I don't know how to delete this old unwanted Photo Stream. I use Windows PC, and I have the iCloud installed with all components unchecked.
Did you create a NEW Apple ID or did you change the email address for your OLD Apple ID? This will affect how you update apps in the future.
Anyway, go to Settings/iTunes&App Stores, log out, then log in with the new ID.
