i HAVE A 64 BIT OPERATING SYSTEM THAT ELEMENTS13 DOE S NOT RECOGNISE

entered redemption code (key code)
downloaded via links.
installed and entered serial number that was generated
I can find the down load but cannot get it to work due to the 32 /64 bit message
any more info required ?

Hello I am trying to download photoshop elements 11 to iMac as I have the disc but no disc drive but all i get is elements premier not photoshop - can anyone help please

I tried the obvious link last night but the download only asked for the premiere serial number not the photoshop serial number and cannot seem to find another one -am I doing something wrong?

My MacBook pro turns on, shows my background, but does not launch finder. Help please.

When I turn on my MacBook Pro (2006, 15"), the background image shows up, but the finder does not launch. After about 10 minutes, my task bar will appear on the bottom of the screen, but the finder bar does not appear. The spinning wheel appears and will not go away. I have attempted rebooting a few times, and each time the result is the same.
Suggestions?

The folder with a question marks is usually an idication that the Mac can't find the system file to boot from.
Since you never told us which system your Mac was running there is nothing more to say.

I haven't used itunes here much just been playing the songs I had on it. Now i downloaded some more songs i plugged in my Ipod touch and it's not showing up and giving me the message above (Itunes has detected a problem with you audio configuration. Audio/video playback may not operate properly. I uninstalled Itunes and quicktime restarted computer and still the same thing. What is going on?

Other people have had luck with deleting their QT rpeferences file:

Adobe Elements 12 not recognizing DVD drive, Help please!!

In my Adobe Elements 12 for some reason when I go to burn, it saying no burners detected. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how can it be fixed. Thank you so much in advance.

What computer operating system is your Premiere Elements 12 running on? Have you updated from 12 to 12.1 using an opened project's Help Menu/Update? Please do so.
Assuming a Windows compute for now.
Is this "no burner found" situation described as "it never worked before" or "it worked before but not now"?
If it has worked before, then I would ask
1. Do you have iTunes on your computer? Have you recently updated it?
If so, you might consider uninstalling both Premiere Elements 12 and iTunes, and then reinstalling only Premiere Elements 12. I would go through the scenario
1. Uninstall Premiere Elements 12 and iTunes via Control Panel
2. Do a ccleaner run through (regular and registry parts)

3. Reinstall of Premiere Elements 12 only.

Windows says it does not recognize my ipod HELP please

Had ipod for 3 days. Worked fine. Last time I docked it, gave me an error message saying it was not recognized becuase it was malfuctioning. Reset, restored, re booted, reinstalled itunes, deleted apple auto update, changed ports, you name it. So I took it back to the store and plugged it into a PC and a mac, using my cable, and it works fine. My other usb devices working fine. I tried a windows restore to when it was working, and for some reason I get another message saying that it cannot be restored (never had that happen before......). Any new ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

I fixed mine. right click my computer>properties>hardware tab >device manager. The I went down to usb controller and clicked the plus sign. there was listed 3 usb something controllers or hubs. Right click and choose disable on them one at a time and see what happens. My ipod was instantly recognized. when i went back and enabled what i had disabled, it was no longer recognized. I have no idea why it worked for me but it did. Try it at your own risk. Good luck!

DOES not boot! Need help please!

I just bought a k7t266 pro2-u and a amd xp2400+, new case and 400 watt psu. When I push the power button, nothing happens in the computer, no fans, no drives. I see power on the front light though, which is connected ot the motherboard. Any suggestions? I may have connected the power switch wrong or something, I'm really not sure, Thanks alot to anyone who can help.

Any joy yet? Make sure all your front panel switches are connected correctly. Uplug any USB connectors that connect to the front of your case (if you have them) these can cause all kinds of shorts.
Is your board mounted properly in the case and the HSF mount on your CPU?
You can only connect the main power to the board one way. Read the manual regarding the DLEDS

How do you unlock a disabled ipod touch? My daughter has locked herself out and my computer doen't recognize it when we plug it in.

When you say it doesent recognize it do you mean it doesent apear what so ever in iTunes?, or do you get a recovery screen?
If it doesent apear what so ever try having the iPod plugged in and while it is still plugged in hold the power and home button at the same time for 10secounds and see if the device apears when it restarts.
If the device still doesent apear try another iPod connector.
Concerning the forgotten password, you will have to put your iPod in recovery mode. A video on how to do this can be found here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rm2D7-PCTaw
After that click the restore button in iTunes and wait for the process to complete.
Once it has finished restore the iPod from a backup which can be found by right-clicking the iPod name in the left of the iTunes window.

you are using correct function module. Just check the values in Up and down columns .

I purchased Premiere Elements 13. Elements does not support Windows Vista which is our operating system. I have Elements 12 and never had this problem.
