I have a £15 Everything Pack but the phone is asking me to sign in to EE

Hi,I've recently transfered to EE and bought a recurring £15 Everything Pack.I've had the confirmation text to say that my transfer from my old network is complete, but I have a message displaying on the phone that I need to "Sign in to network"If I open the message it shows that I have a £0.00 top up balance, which is understandable, but do I need to top up AS WELL as buying the Everything Pack (which includes minutes, data and texts)? That doesn't sound right.I'm expecting to have 4G connections (it was showing 4G before my old number transfered, now it just shows H)Any input gratefully received!Thanks!

Welcome to the Community.
You do not need to top up again to use your everything pack. If you top up again before it runs out then a new pack will be added automatically when the current pack ends.

You would have to access http://appleid.apple.com to find the email address but as you've reset the password you can't get into that. You will have to contact Support: the iTunes Store is probably the best place to start. Go to https://expresslane.apple.com ; select 'iTunes' in the first column and then 'iTunes Store' in the second column.

I have changed operator and also changed IOS and did a back up of my old phone in Itunes so i would keep all my contacts etc. Now when i want to get everything back in the phone, Itunes asks me for a password, which i do not have. How to bypass this?

Contacts are designed to be synced to a supported application on the computer or a cloud service like Gmail, iCloud, or an Exchange server.

You will probably want to download the newest version of iTunes (iTunes 11.1) directly from Apple and install it on your computer if you are having issues updating. The link for the download can be found here:

You can log out of your account on the iPhone by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and you can then log back in with the updated version - if you created a new account as opposed to updating the existing account then your current content will remain tied to the old account and it can't be copied or transferred to the new one.

It sounds like your phone is unresponsive during the startup process, even after you reset the phone. If this is the reset you are doing:
To reset, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
Turn your iOS device off and on (restart) and reset

I purchased an iphone 4 from a friend, i called the carrier and they have unlocked it for me but the phone still needs to be activated as i have restored it. Can i activate the iphone through itunes by using a different carriers sim card?

I purchased an iphone 4 from a friend, i somehow cleared it and it's now at the original activation screen, i have spoken to the carrier and they have unlocked it for me. Once the carrier unlock details get sent to apple, will i be able to use any carrier sim card to activate the iphone? currently when i connect to itunes it says the sim is not the original one and i need to insert the original sim... will this happen now that it has been carrier unlocked? i have been told the unlocking can take between 5 and 72 hours, do i just keep trying with itunes or do i have to do something different?
This is a christmas present for my son and i am running out of time, i'm not in an area that i can just go into an apple store and ask, i'm currently overseas in a very poor country and there are not many iphones that i have seen here so your help would really be appreciated.
i think the operating system is 6.0.1

It worked the first day i had the phone, and then i updated to Ios 8.0.2 and it quit working.
Now when i get in the car, it acts like it is connected and makes the same call it was on after syncing to bluetooth, but it really isn't on a call. This is happening on both cars.
Does anyone know if this is the phone and i need to take it to Apple or if there is an issue that Apple is working on getting a fix for?
My son in law has the exact same phone as me, we both got the on 10/6, he had a Dodge Dart and his is working via bluetooth.
Someone HELP please, as i consider this a safety issue by not having my calls go to bluetooth.

We had the same problem, but figure out the solution.
You MUST have at least 1 song added to your ITUNE! After you add a free song, then everything else should work as normal!

I think I am following -- I was able to upload to my iPhoto and all photos and videos are there that is a plus! I tried to create an Event in my iPhoto and put all of my photos in that event but for some reason, now my iTunes it not recognizing that Event in my iPhoto. It is not allowing me to import just that event at the moment but I may be doing something wrong. At least all of my pics and vids are in iPhoto so that is a plus and I know they are at least saved somewhere. Just for some reason, my iTunes it not locating the event that I created with only those photos.

Unforutnatly I am like 2 iOS updates behind because I don't have enough storage on my phone. It felt as if maybe a virus was at work but I ran Sophos and found nothing.
I store images on my Drobo Raid system but when I work from my Macbook Pro I have no issues, just on the tower.

First of all, why did you say yes to Nero Back up before researching what it does with files already on the HDD? When I install Nero, the Back Up is the first thing I disable, it is a nagging pain, there are much better backup programs available. There are several file recovery programs out there to recover deleted files, that is, if that is what happened. Also, if you haven't overwritten the files, so you should be able to find them.

Did the iPod get wet by the hair product and probably cause a problem due to the liquid or is there some thing on the front camera lens that prevents the camera from seeing? How does the camera not work?
If liquid damage I doubt YOU can fix it but you can have Apple fix it or a third-party place. If lens is obstructed you may be able to polish the area.
