my mac want download 10.6.8 it keeps saying to restart but the window with the download want come on. it just restarts with no download.

What are you asking? Are you saying you do not have Microsoft Windows on your computer? If so, Microsoft Windows is not needed to surf the Internet. Or, are you saying that the site you are surfing to requires Windows Internet Explorer which you do not have?

I have a 27" desktop mac running with OSX 10.6.8. The bluetooth keyboard started not typing when some of the keys are pressed. Plugged in a wired keyboard, started doing the same thing. When opening up a browser or application, the cursor moves but cannot select anything. Suggestions?

i got my friend to help not sure if your having the same problem but i had to download stuffit expander from the app store to expand the zip files that you initially download you should be able to open them and enter serial number from there
don't know if that helps theres no where that tells you how to do that so its extremely frustrating..

Go here http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1582, download the update file and run it. Ideally, start up in Safe Mode when you do the update. -

I have installed the new iOS 7 on my I Pad and am having trouble with messaging, I reset the imessages and networking and the messages are still not being deleivered.
Reset all settings
Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings
Note: Data will not be affected but settings will be reset. -
with the new itunes i'm having trouble transfering music from my computer to my older ipod.
If you have iTunes 11 turn on the Sidebar. Go to iTunes>View and click on Show Sidebar. This makes 1 look and act more like previous versions. Also go to iTunes>Help>iTunes Help>Sync your iPod>Sync your device>Set up syncing>Sync device manually.

I am having trouble downloading iOS 5 connected to my laptop. Says I don't have network connection but I do. Please help. I purchased tv programs and it is telling me I need ios5 to watch and I downloaded it to cloud but have to have this app also. On my iPad I don't have an updates button under settings like I have seen other iPads have.
You only have the option if you are already running iOS 5 already. If you are trying to update to iOS 5, you have to use iTunes on a computer to update the iPad.
