I have a £25 itunes card my son received for his birthday there is no serial number but a bar code. How do I claim it? I tried but itunes keeps coming up with a promp to say I need a serial number. there are no numbers to call an dask either.

I'm afraid there is no place to download photoshop elements 6, that i know of anyway.
(unless you had bought it from adobe as an download, then you could possibly log in to your account and download pse 6)
What operating system are you using?
Do you have another computer with a working dvd drive or do you have a flash drive, camera card.
USB dvd drives are dirt cheap, so if you live near a computer store, that might be an option or if you have a friend that has one you can borrow.

Make sure you're using the correct code. For most iTunes cards, the code is under the scratchoff area on the back of the card. Also, the gift card you're trying to use must have been issued in the country whose iTunes Store you are using; you cannot use a card from another country. If you're sure you're using the correct code and that the card was indeed issued in your country, contact the iTunes Store Support; instructions are at the bottom of the article from which you came.

TS1368 Apple has an old email address, so I can't contact them or get my info anymore. Plus, to give them my phone number to call I am required to have a piece of equipment with a serial number. I don't have that either.

As I have posted before, You, and others having issues with Verizon would be much better off if you complained to the FCC and FTC as well as your Senators and Congressmen. We, as individuals, have such small voices - use them where they might do the most good.
Also, don't assume that Verizon doesn't monitor these postings, they actively do & sometimes contact those that post complaints.

does anyone know how to contact Adobe to resolve this issue? I am in India and cannot call them, additionally their chat system is down. I have checked all the relevant help sections for this issue. I reinstalled the latest version of the CC app, and I still have the same issues as before where by Lightroom only gives me the option to buy the app again and photoshop only provides me with the option to start a trial. I am logged in with my adobe ID, I am also logged in on lightroom. However in lightroom the develop tab is indicated that I need to renew my membership to reactivate it.
Any help on this would be much appreciated.
p.s sorry if these are basic questions, I am normally efficient at trouble shooting basic concepts.

Which version of Flash Pro are you on? If on Flash CC and are being asked for a password, see Creative Cloud applications ask for serial number

If you registered the older version of the software you might be able to find the serial number in your Adobe account online under My Products.

What happens when you try to buy something, does the 'buy' button not appear, does it not work, do you get any error messages, ... ?
