I have a 2nd generation Ipod and would like to get a 4th generation Ipod, will I loose all my apps if I do?

I have a 2nd generation Ipod with lots of apps (free and paid). I would like to get a 4th generation Ipod but do not know if I will loose all my apps or not? Can any one tell me?

You will not lose your Apps. They can be reloaded onto your new iPod Touch.
