I have a 3GS I have just updated the iOS from IOS 4.?.? to iOS 6.?.? I realise this should have been done ages ago. My phone works after the upgrade, but none of my Apps, Photos from designated folder or Music will sync.
When I do connect the phone. iTunes says back up was interupted and to click to resume, it just then hangs on time remaining without a number? If I dissconnect during this I get Error (-10) I can then access my phone in iTunes and my phone does work? In iTunes I can see all the things that were on my phone, all the Apps/Music/Phots/Other etc.. with their relevant amount (Music 8.2gb/Apps 2.1gb etc...) in the coloured bar along the bottom, so if I then click Apply you would think it would just copy them to the phone. It doesn't as soon as you click Apply the multi coloured bar and catagories changes just to 'Other' and (1004mb) and only the basics are on my phone. No music, no additional Apps and only Camera Roll, not photos from chosen folder.
Any suggestions would be great.

Try restoring the backup again. Your apps and other purchased media should have been restored from your backup if they were on your old phone when you backed it up.

I have a iMac and i just updated the computer to Yosemite. I have Photoshop CS5 and when I try to print under print size --- manage custom size , photoshop unexpectedly quits every time. I updated the printer drivers (epson 9880) uninstalled and installed all the drivers. restarted computer and it is still doing the same thing. Cant find any costumer service here either except forums.
I have exactly the same problem - Whenever I go to Print, the print widow appears, it thinks about it for a bit (rotating symbol) and then quits.

I just updated to 4.0.1 on my mac and now it says "Firefox is currently in offline mode and can't browse the web". It is not my internet since I am using Safari just fine. Any suggestions? I sure wish I wouldn't have updated!
Make sure that Work Offline is unchecked: File > [] Work Offline

I am having the same problem with my new iPhone 5s since I installed the current software 8.1.2 yesterday after activating the phone at a Verizon store in Tucson, AZ. My zip code is 84745.
So far I have no battery problems, but that's probably because I have cellular off except when I need it. I am usually on WiFi at home/work as my old 4s was one of the phones that, after an earlier software upgrade, chewed data up for no reason. -
i have an ipod touch and just updated my software to ios 7.1.2. Now I get the message that my adapter, accessory does not support my device. Is there a new adapter that I need to buy that works with the ios 7.1.2?
This is not my problem. However, I think it may be related to an old speaker. I was using the 30 pin adapter for about a week after the upgrade to 7.1.2. But I think with the update the speaker won't work anymore. I will try with a new speaker system. Thank you for trying to assist.

Hi, I just recently burned one of my personal CD's onto my itunes so I could sync it to my ipod touch. After the CD was done burning, I dragged the music over to the ipod so it could sync, but nothing happened. I have tried several times and even with other music and none of my music will sync onto my ipod. Can somebody please help me with this?

You can't have content in iCloud without having it on your phone, you will need to look at deleting items from your device that you don't need. Movies and TV shows from iTunes are possibly a good start because they tend to be large and can be redownloaded at a later date.

My phone froze. I restored it but none of my apps showed up. Ihave tried several times to sync it but each time it freezes up the phone again and I have to restore again....Have done this about four times now..any suggestions?
If you are restoring from a backup and you are still having problems, it leads me to believe there is a corrupt file in your backup. Restore the phone as new and then sync your applications over from iTunes. Make sure you have transferred your purchases from the phone to iTunes. Also make sure you have your camera roll imported to the computer and your contacts/calendar synced to a supported application. Restore as new gives you a fresh start, and you can then sync everything else after the restore.

I just installed Mountain Lion on my mid 2007 iMac but now my 2004 Microsoft Student Teacher Word, Excel, and Powerpoint won't open and are x'd out on my dock.Do I need to update to the 2011 Student zoffice version?
Microsoft Office's 2011 version is compatible with Lion and presumably either works with Mountain Lion or an update will make it so. The problem with this approach is that Office 2011 will "convert" your earlier data files and there lies the rub! For example, I have the need to weekly open a chart created in Excel 2004, but Excel 2011 trashes the chart in its "conversion."
So I have approached the overall problem differently.
The reason your applications do not work in Mountain Lion is that they were written for the older PowerPC CPU that all Macs used up to 2006. When Apple made its transition to the Intel CPU, they licensed software that they included in all versions of OS X (from Tiger to Leopard and optionally, Snow Leopard) called Rosetta.
Rosetta miraculously allows PowerPC applications to work on the Intel processor transparently; you do not know it is even present.
The problem is that after 6 years of the transition, Apple's license to use the underlying software expired for OS X Lion and all version thereafter (and it is doubtful that the current owner of the software, IBM, would relicense it, even if Apple were inclined to do so).
So for those of use that need to run Lion, I have offered the option to install Snow Leopard (with Rosetta) into Parallels 7:
