i bought a 5s for 600 dollars brand new in the box from a LADY & TWO DAYS LATER SHE BLOCKED THE NETWORK...
is there anything i can do like get it unlocked or anything?

Contact the carrier that controls the locked/unlocked status. You are at the mercy of thier policies and their decision on the matter is not subject to appeal by any other entity.

I heard that when you swipe to delete something off your Iphone it actually juest becoems hidden and is noted to be deleted when you connect it back to your computer, so I havent connected it. The only way to recover any text msg is if you backed up to itunes on computer and you would need to restore from that backup. No text msg will be hidden and only deleted. Good Luck

Here are the instructions, as I have them:
Press the Command + s key during startup. This takes you to Single User Mode, where you will see a command line.
Type this when the command-line prompt (>) appears:
mount -uw /
rm /var/db/.AppleSetupDone
shutdown -h now
When the iBook restarts, you will see the setup screen. This allows you to create a new account. BE SURE to give yourself administrative privileges. You can now use this new account and set it to log in automatically with this new account if you don't want to be bothered with the login screen every time you start up.
You can also delete the old account if you want to free up some hard drive space.

I restored my new phone from an earlier date than my niece's baptism. I don't know if I should have restored or set up as a new phone. But my problem now is that I really want those pictures. I had icloud on that phone and the new one. Can anyone help me or tell me if I can get those pictures back. When I log into my itunes account on my computer it still shows the other phone as a device but I only see where you can remove that device. Thank you need to take a class on all this new technology.

Like a digital camera, you should be syncing your photos from iphone to a computer often. If you have been doing that, you should find the photos on the computer.
If you had been backing up you iphone to icloud, then you could restore the backup, but many users have complained here that they lost all their photos when doing a restore, none seem to have been in the backup. Since your new phone is new, then try doing a restore (you should have done that when you first set up the new phone - if you did and the photos did not come back, then they are lost).

I use the computer for music, photos, and web - nothing else and nothing fancy. I don't know that there is a way to save my huge music library without saving it to an external hard drive and then loading it to a new one (does the iPad have a port to plug an external hard drive into?)

First, you would need to make a backup of the entire iTunes folder on the PC. You could get music to the iPad if the PC was still functioning, or you would have to move the music to another computer. An iPad is not a laptop, and does not have a port to plug an external drive into. You can sync music to the iPad from the computer, but you are correct, unless you get iTunes Match, you would need a computer to copy the music to and then sync to an iPad.

What country are you in ? If you aren't in the US and the address on your account isn't in the US then try going to the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app on your iPad and tap on your account id, tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account, and then select the Country/Region section and select your country.

Oh gosh, I saw the same issue. Because i was messing around with something earlier. I don't know why Apple took off the option of "none" as a payment since not everyone puts in a credit card and people use iTunes gift cards. I think they just made that changed recently.
