I have a ACER 5742-6331 computer. Recently the keyboard has been making random characters.

Recently my keybord has been making this charaerter ` it will then swtich to another page. If text box is present it will start making random letters or numbers. I have trired adjusting the keyboard setting. I have ran 3 differnt virus protections to see if it was a virus on it. Nothing! I have even did a factory reset all information was earsed. Nothin has worked, I do have a external keyboard and the issue does not occur when it is plugged in. Also when it first started happening I took the battery out and kept the power cord plugged in, that seem to decrease the problem extermly. Now the probelm is back..... Does anyone have any other solutions?

As the issue does not occur when using an external keyboard, there are chances that your on-board keyboard is having some hardware issue. To check if this is the case, you are advised to contact nearest Acer service center. To do this, the following link can be helpful:

It tells you to go to Error 13 and 14 if you receive error (-50).

Perform USB isolation troubleshooting, including trying a different USB port directly on the computer. See the advanced steps below for USB troubleshooting. I have moved it around to different ports.
Put a USB 2.0 hub between the device and the computer. Didn't change anything.
Try a different USB 30-pin dock-connector cable.
Eliminate third-party security software conflicts. Removed all virus protection and firewall.
There may be third-party software installed that modifies your default packet size in Windows by inserting one or more TcpWindowSize entries into your registry. Your default packet size being set incorrectly can cause this error. Contact the manufacturer of the software that installed the packet-size modification for assistance. Or, follow this article by Microsoft: How to reset Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) to reset the packet size back to the default for Windows.Used the Microsoft fix it.

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. What exactly are you referring to? Are the menus or templates for Pages in a different language? Does something strange appear on the screen when you type?
Could you perhaps use the Camera icon here to post a screenshot of what you are seeing?
To make sure you have the right keyboard, go to system preferences/language & text/input sources and make sure that only the box for US or British is checked (and that the box for French or German or anything else is not checked).

It sounds like there is an issue with the audiobook you purchased from iTunes. I recommend following the steps in the following article to report this to the iTunes Store:

You should ask your relative to physically take the iPhone to the store rather than shipping it because as diesel vdub has said:
"No Apple store will accept an iPhone shipped to them"
All you have to do is safely pack and ship your iPhone from the Philppines to your California-based relative.

try to restore in itunes bye putting in recovey mode turn the ipod off press the home button and plug in the ipod into the computer. an itunes shuld see it in recovery mode and click restore. and that should do the trick.

I hope that you aren't complaining about dropped calls INSIDE your condo because no amount of switching or upgrading devices will solve that.
VZW will not guarantee service inside of any structure. There are just too many factors. If the problem is inside then you might want to look at one of the following:
1.) Network Extender (may cause issues for others in a condo or apartment style setting)
2.) A Google Voice Number (Free with a Gmail email address), downloading Google Hangouts Dialer and forwarding your calls to the GVN so that you can make and receive calls over Wi-Fi.
