I do NOT like using my credit card if I don't have to, and I went out of my way to go buy an Apple gift card, which I successfully redeemed into my Apple account. I was trying to download plants vs zombies on my iphone but it wouldnt let me saying that the app was over 50mb and that you needed to install it using itunes on your computer. So I tried to do the same thing on my computer by using my app store card to cover the purchase but as the code had already been redeemed it wouldnt let me. Can I get the app using my already reddemed app store card or is that not possible? I will be very grateful for any suggestions or help!
If you have already purchased it on your iphone, and it simply wasn't able to download, then open itunes on your computer and click Store>Check for Available Downloads

The App store tells me the downloads are complete, however, the føur items still show up on the Purchases page with the message "waiting" and are not loaded into the computer. I cannot even highlight the apps, nothing works.
Try disabling anti virus software and turn off the Firewall in System Preferences > Security & Privacy.
FYI... third party download managers will not work with the App Store.

Are you able to take the card back to the store that you bought it from and ask them to activate it properly ? Are you inserting the redeem code in the App Store or in the iTunes Store? You've received two emails, one with the password to open the file and another one with the file with the code. Are you typing the redeem code or the password in the App Store? -

My PIXMA MP970 printer has stopped printing and copying. At first the printer would not even turn on, now it does. The paper does feed thru, but comes out blank. There is plenty of ink in all the cartridges. I'm at a loss as to what is wrong.

Since no ink is printing on the page, we recommend performing at least one cleaning and two deep cleanings on the printer to try and get the ink to print. To perform the cleanings, please follow the steps located at the link below:

I'm trying to back up my iPad using my computer. But an error keeps coming up that says some apps could not be transferred. I've already authorized my computer but the iPad keeps saying that it's not. I've already clicked on "Store" and authorized it repeatedly. What's wrong?
Not sure if you were told what error 2009 is caused by so I'll let you know if you havn;t been informed. In the article http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3694 is says:

If you experience this issue on a Mac, disconnect third-party devices, hubs, spare cables, displays, reset the SMC, and then try to restore. If you are using a Windows computer, remove all USB devices and spare cables other than your keyboard, mouse, and the device, restart the computer, and try to restore. If that does not resolve the issue, try the USB issue-resolution steps and articles listed for Error 1604 above. If the issue persists, it may be related to conflicting security software. If the errors persist on another computer and known-good USB cable, the device may need service. -

Microsoft 2008 NPS Radius + WLC
Anyone have any luck getting this to work? I am at this point just trying to get the radius set up and get the certificate pulled into the EAP section of NPS. Or know if Cisco supports this type of setup. My 2003 IAS box was a snap but now have the W
