I have a big pdf ebook 350MB, and want split it in parts of 50MB WHAT TO DO?
Also how an ebook pdf in multicolor, transform it in black&white, and no split it?

Another method to play with.
Using Acrobat Pro – Document > Split Document.
Look over the Help information to get a sense of what this does.
As to getting all color to black and white –
Using Acrobat Pro 9, try the Preflight Fixup "Convert color to B/W".
function(){return A.apply(null,[this].concat($A(arguments)))}
Converts all RGB, CMYK, device independent and spot colors to greyscale using the 15% Dot Grain profile as the destination profile.
Be well...
