If you have been regularly syncing/backing up your iPhone with iTunes or iCloud, you may try restoring it from the last backup.

You cannot redownload ringtones.
It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer for this very occasion. Have you failed to do this?

When syncing, check the Movies/TV Shows Tab in the iPhone menu, and make sure ALL movies are synced (or select the ones you want to sync)

Delete the problem song(s) from library including file(s). Then go to the iTunes Store and select "Purchased" from the Quick Links side bar on the right. Select Music tab to re-download again for free.

I did this by going into the folder where the Amazon MP3's were and copied the link into iTunes under the add file link in the menu. This music was purchased before I had an iTunes account so I wasn't aware that they could've been automatically exported. I still have the iTunes MP3s on my iPhone. How do you know that they are on iCloud, the iPad can (and does) save locally. If they are on iCloud they will be accessible via the application that created them (Pages, Numbers etc) and can be reached from any computer with iCloud access by logging to iCloud.com. But you did that and stated that they are not there, so what makes you think that they are?

If you haven't backup up your phone, then your photos are gone.
In addition you should import your photos to your PC, just like a ditigal camera, as a secondary backup in case you lose your pics you could always sync it back using Itunes.

Do you still have your old version of Photoshop loaded? You need to open that, and save your actions so that you can open them in 2014.

What is almost always the case when someone says they are missing most of their lens profiles is that their current image is not a raw file. It doesn't matter whether you shoot raw, it matters what the current images is. Maybe it is an exported JPG or a Edit-In-whatever result file that's a TIF or PSD or JPG.
Here are examples of the screenshot that I'm asking for:

If you back up your mac before deleting your emails, Time Machine should back up your e-mails.
I never tried this so i'm not sure to find them in Time Machine. To browse in your backups simply click the Time Machine icon in your dock. In the right bar, you can select an backup. Than you can browse in finder, in your backkup.
