Set the publish destination to the Desktop and use the File ➙ Publish Entire site menu option to publish the site. It will result in your site folder, an index.html file and an asset file on your Desktop.
You can always publish your site to a designated folder on your hard drive and use the free FTP client Cyberduck to upload the site folder and index.thml file to your server. With CD you can see your root folder on the server as if in a Finder window. With iWeb you're shooting blind.
What's the URL of your site so we can check there first hand?

Regarding Pages: I was writing using the app Pages when I left the page I was writting on but now I can't access it at all. I have tried to send the document to my email, I've tried to make a copy but nothing seems to work. The document still exists and I can see my writting as I can with all other documents but I can't open that page.
Try:

I tried updating my iPhone3g through itunes. Now i'm stuck in recovery mode and i've EVERYTHING even websites and such but nothing worked out! I've also tried restarting and fiddling with the home button but nothing still worked. Please help! What should I do??

You can't fix it. iTunes bought content is DRM protected. so it can only be played on authorized devices. i.e devices associated with the apple Id used to purchase the content. Its copyright protection that the rights owners demand.
Circumventing it, is illegal in most countries, and as such cannot be discussed here. If you want to play the content you'll need to connect your computer directly to your TV, or use some other device you can authorize for iTunes content such as an iPad, iPhone , iPod touch or Apple Tv. -

To make Mail quit you'll need to perform a forced quit or, failing that, a forced shutdown.
When an application won't quit you can hold the Command and Option keys together and then type the ESC key. This (usually) brings up a dialog with all the running applications. Select the offending program and click the Force Quit button.
If this doesn't force the application to quit (quite rare) or if you cannot get the Force Quit Dialog to pop up, hold the power button for about 10 seconds to shut down the entire computer. This should be a last resort but sometimes is necessary. -
Can I use a usb external hard drive larger than 2TB? I have tried to use a 3TB but it shows up as 800GB. Even tred to reformat in disk utility but only shows as 800 gb as well. It is a Seagate 3TB harddrive and enclosure. Nothing on the Seagate site about it other than it says Mac os through 10.6 is supported for larger than 2TB (might be old).
