I have a blue line appears and goes across the screen

I have two problems with my iPad not charging fully and blue stripe going across the screen

First, try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. It could take well over an hour! Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow the on-screen directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod. As before, say "yes." Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time. If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device. Corrective action is simple - choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
If you're unable to do the Restore and you have IOS-6 or lower, go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here. Also, if you have IOS-7, read this.

Try a reset: Press and hold both Sleep/Wake and Home buttons until the Apple logo appears.

There is a "known issue" with certain iMacs made in a certain timeframe (2011-12 I think), and one of the telltale symptoms is vertical lines showing up on your display. Go to Apple's website (https://getsupport.apple.com/) to find out how to get support, then either call their service line (they usually pick right up) or take it into your nearest store's Genius Bar. They'll first check if your iMac's serial number is on the list of vulnerable machines, and then they'll have to do a diagnostic to prove that's the problem -- if your serial number's on the list and it fails the diagnostic, they'll replace the video card for free, even if you're not covered by AppleCare (and if you are, it's free regardless).
My iMac just had this problem, there were lines sometimes and just weird display issues other times. Eventually it just grayed out altogether and I couldn't use it. So it's likely your display problems will worsen if you don't get it looked at.
It took them about a week to ship the new video card over, install it, and return the iMac to me.

Yesterday I noticed some light blue vertical lines showing up all over the screen of my new 24" iMac. They're most noticeable in text fields and along the edges of browser windows on white screens, but occur in every application including the finder (even on dock icons). They appear in the form of tiny blue dots surrounding the cursor, and follow it all around the screen (so I know they're not burned in). Every once in a while they will go away, but this morning they came back. Has anyone else experienced this problem, and if so, what is the likely cause? While it is not a severe issue, it is still mildly irritating and I am hoping there is a way to fix it. Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Since trying to download iOS 7 my iPad 2 has just got a black and white line going across the screen, I can no longer do anything with my iPad can any one help

Weird horizontal white lines going across the screen

I've had my nano 4g for around six months. When I first bought it, there was a single white line going across the top of the screen. It never really got in the way, so I didn't bother exchanging the ipod. Recently, another white line of pixels appeared lower on the screen. This line is there even while I reset it.

Ipod first gen. has horizontal lines going across the screen. What should i do?

My iPod first generation has horizontal lines going accross the screen and sometimes the screen goes completely white. How do I fix that?

Try the following:
- A reset. Nothing is lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory settings/new iPod.
If you still have the problem that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order

I am using iPhone 5s 32gb . Since yesterday auto lock feature is not working ( I have set it to 1 minute ) and occasionally a blue band has startedappearing horizontally on the screen and moves across the screen

I have the same problem, only my lines are red. I just bought a 52 16GB to replace my iPhone 4. The old phone started having the red lines moving back and forth, and I looked on some of the forums, and was led to believe that it meant the phone was dying. Since I've had it for a long time, and it was real slow, I thought getting a new phone would be the solution. But wouldn't you know it, after a week or so, the red lines started showing up on the 5s. And now the auto-lock doesn't, and I keep running the battery down because I forget to manually lock it. The red lines make me think there's a virus, since it migrated to the new phone. As to the auto-lock, I have no idea.
Any help would be really appreciated. I had to select a reply option, so I replied to the original post, but I'm hoping someone out there has a solution.

This is my second phone whats can I do to get this fixed once and for all.

Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.

Everytime I am on any website, my text completely distorts, or a big white square goes across the screen. I have to highlight the text to show it.

It is even happening right now as I am typing this. I am unable to read anything on the top tabs and my text in the search bar is blurred. I tried the accelration technique within options, no luck. I have also tried other techniques written by users but nothing is happening. Trying to read websites is becoming very hard and I have to keep highlighted the words or pictures to show them.

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot.
It is possible that there is a problem with the font.
Try to set the gfx.content.azure.enabled pref to false or if this didn't help disable Direct2D by setting the gfx.direct2d.disabled pref to true on the about:config page.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that has effect.

Flickering horizontal lines across the screen

My Toshiba LCD TV has a thin black line going across the screen. TV is just a year old and is not under warranty. I've seen some comments that the LCD panel needs replacing. Is this my only option? Any other thoughts? Thanks.

Our Toshiba Regza Cinemax TV has been acting up, it has shadowing, sometimes horizontal and vertical lines. They are worst on the left side of screen. Anyone know what part may need to be replaced. This has been doing this for quite a while, it comes and goes. Paid almost $3,000 for this piece of crap it should have lasted more than five years.
