I have a business and am looking for an app that I can enter customer contact information and save a picture taken with my ipad the the contact. What is the best app for me?
I'd like to be able to enter the customers name, phone number and address and a picture taken with the ipad that I can restore to its original size (not like on the contacts where only a small picture is displayed).
I looked at Bento and at first glance I think it would do everything I want it to do, then I saw a review or something from a customer that indicated the information in Bento could not be exported (say to send out a mailing). I may want a program that can do that as well, is there one out there? If not it does look like Bento will work. When you save a picture to a customer in Bento can you open it up full size?

Copy the entire /Music/iTunes/ folder on your PC to /Music/ on your Mac.
Then delete what you don't want.
You will need to authorize yrou computer for the iTunes account yoru mother has.
You should create & use your own iTunes account for any more purchases.
You don't need to export anything and definitely don't need to (and shouldn't) convert anything. -
I am trying to buy help on my candy crush game but I keep getting this pop-up? Unable to Purchase. This item for an app that was purchased by a different Apple ID. To buy this item with this Apple ID, you must first purchase the app. My daughter set up this game on my Iphone. I am on level 65 and don't wont to start over if I don't have to.
Any suggestions?If it was indeed purchased with a different apple ID then there is no work around for what you want! You can try signing in with your daughter's apple ID and password and update the app and purchase whatever you want then log back in with your apple ID. This may work!

I took pictures at a family reunion and promised to share the photos with all the relatives. I can't get pictures from iphoto onto a disc that can be shared on other computers besides an Apple. I want everyone to be able to view the pictures and print them if they want to. I have a DVD with the pictures on them, how do I make copies of photos (not slideshows of photos) using my Apple?
Select the pics in the iPhoto Window and go File -> Export and export them to a Folder on the Desktop. Burn that to disk with the Finder. Result: a disk with a folder of images viewable on any system anywhere.

My company uses Lotus Notes and I want to set Firefox as my browser in LN. It ask for internet browser path...where do I find that?
Blackboard tends to update their software once a year, before the start of the fall term, and most of the time they seem to be a year behind the current versions of Firefox. Another problem that crops up with Blackboard is that not all schools use the latest version of the Blackboard software, many schools since 2008 have been postponing updates for the software that they use due to the economy.
Quite honestly, until Mozilla comes up with a Long Term Support version ''(if they do that)'' this situation of company's like Blackboard falling behind the curve of Firefox updates is only going to get worse.
As far as Lotus Notes goes, I wonder if your school is behind on updating that software? IIRC, I have seem mention of updates for Lotus Notes to handle remote XUL problems in 4.0+ versions, brought about by security fixes in 4.0. <br />

Looking for a Notes app that I can import CSV files into?
As the title says, I'm looking for a good notes application for my iPhone that I can import CSV files into. I have tried both Appigo and Notespark, but I can't easily scroll through them, as I have 2,000+ notes. Is there any app that I can import my notes into and also scroll through quickly? I'd like something that works similarly to how you scroll through songs on the iPhone/iTouch, with the column on the right where you can skip to songs (notes, in this case) that start with a certain letter.

Its cheaper than Numbers and it also works for Word and PowerPoint files too. I like the Dropbox integration. I can start on my Office docs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) in the office and then edit those files with Office2HD when I'm out of the office. Files saves right back to Dropbox so that when I get back to the office the files are already updated. Not bad for a $7.99 app!

Is there a way to hide apps from the app store?
I don't want my kids to see those "free" apps that nag you to spend real money and download their other apps!
I can hide them from "purchased apps", but they still show up when browsing for new apps!
Is there a way to hide them so that my kids will never see them when looking for new apps?Not other than parental oversight. On the computer you can implement Parental Controls on a separate user account that they would use. You can then block certain websites. But you cannot do that on the iPad.
You could change your iTunes account such that they cannot access it in order to buy or download apps. -

I changed my AppleID a long time ago to an email that I no longer use and I have updates for apps that I can't update because my old email is filled in to where i sign in and it wont let me change it to my new one???
The problem with those two apps is that they are supposed to be in your Apple ID and you didn't set up the Mac properly/completely when you got it.
You might try deleteing them and using OS X Recovery to install them again.

My dad and I shared an iTunes account for years and now I'm getting my own, how can I keep my music and apps? I'm worried that I won't have any ability to access my apps and music. We have our itunes separated on different computers, so I have all of my stuff separated from his, but I don't know how to put them in my new account.
Well... there really isn't any fully legal way to do this.
The simplest solution is to continue sharing the same iTunes purchasing acct, but create different ones for iCloud (assuming that's why you needed to do the split).
Slightly less kosher: Burn AUDIO CD's, of the music then copy them back to your new account.
BE sure to do this from original acount, To keep the music info, you'll copy over the CDDB file (in prefs somewhere) - since this maintains the data of CDs that you've had in library.... (it isn't carried over onto a user created CD.)
