Well...I went to the modem (Westell, WireSpeed), found the NAT settings, once again, I'm WAY over my head, I am assuming this is a TCP connection (as opposed to a UDP) and per Lorex my mobile devices will use port 1025. So I gave it a "global port range" of 1-10 and I indicated that the "base host port" was 80, 1025, & 9000 (ports 1,2,3). When I selected the 'enable' it asked for a "host devise" my choices are my IPhone, IMac and the IP address for the dvr, so I choose the dvr. I still cannot connect and canyouseeme still can NOT find these open ports. This is taking up my whole day! I don't know how people figure this stuff out.

I am very frustrated with the service that I have received lately. I currently own an iPhone 5 and have an upgrade in July. The phone works fine other than the short battery life and little storage left due to the fact that the new software updates get larger as they go. I became eligible for early edge at the beginning of February. When I went to take a look at my options I was told that I would only be able to edge to a droid max. I have had iPhone's since 2010 when I first got a smart phone, my entire platform runs off of Apple and I have absolutely no desire to change that now.
I called customer service to see if anything could be done to change this option and was told that she could not do anything at the moment, but if I called back in the middle of March that I would be able to get an iPhone 6 and that she would notate my account saying just that. I waited like she told me and called back yesterday. I was then told that my account was notated "if she calls back in a COUPLE OF MONTHS that she will be able to get an iPhone 6." I'm sorry, but there is a big difference between a couple of weeks and a couple of months, especially considering that in a couple of months I will be able to upgrade my phone anyway which would mean there would have been no point in calling back if that's what I had been told originally. Why would I be told one thing and be specifically told when to call back, and then have her write down something else completely? It is very frustrating to be told one thing and then to essentially be told that I am incorrect because something else was written down. I have been a Verizon customer since 2007 and stayed with Verizon even when I moved to my own plan in 2013 and the fact that I am being given the run around is extremely frustrating and annoying. I am very dissatisfied with the service that I have received and with the fact that this is my fourth time dealing with the same topic.

Yes, you got the phone which was currently eligible for Early Edge at the time. This changes from time to time. When the iPhone 6/6+ was first released those were the ONLY phones you could purchase on Early Edge. This was for September and October of 2014. You would not have been able to purchase any other phone with Early Edge at the time. One of the requisites AS LISTED ON THE EDGE PAGE is that your line must be eligible for an upgrade. Verizon lifts this requirement IF you want to purchase a specific phone. If the phone you want is not eligible for Early Edge at this moment, it may be at some point in the future and the phone CURRENTLY available may NOT be available for Early Edge. You were able to get the phone you wanted on Early Edge because it was the phone(or one of the phones) eligible at the time for Early Edge.
Verizon does not have a link for Early Edge because it is not always available AND the eligible phones change from time to time. This is no different than any other special they occasionally run.
Regardless, since a link WAS given for Edge which DOES list upgrade eligibility as being a requirement, if someone DOES NOT fulfill that requirement it is not out of the question that other portions of Edge may be different, too, such as what you posted "All Verizon Wireless smartphones, tablets and basic phones are eligible for Verizon Edge." If Verizon relaxes a requirement to enter into Edge, why is it so hard to fathom they may ALSO change something else such as which phones are eligible???

Where do I find the apps that I've PAID for? I only want to find the apps that I have purchased.

When I click on the app tab in itunes it shows them all and I do not know how to distinguish the apps I have paid for from the free ones..

You can find your Purchase History under your iTunes account information. Sign on to iTunes, click on your iTunes ID, and then click on View Account. Once you have your account information screen showing, you can select to see "All" of your purchased history:

I want to give my friend a playlist (In the order) that I have created...

Hey guys, I have a playlist of 120 songs that I want to be able to give to a friend.
Sounds simple enough, but the order of the songs is very important.
What is the best way of doing this?
At present I have made a folder on my hard drive, selected all of the songs and dropped them into the folder so they are all in one place.
Do I need to export a playlist?
Also, I like to make my own order which isnt dependant on anything technical.
If, by mistake, I hit one of the collumn headers, hence ordering them, is there any way of undoing this action?

I did use the serial number of my ipod to check on Apple website but there is no result for my ipod. They required me to provide the purchase date, which I don't know because my ipod is a 2nd hand device. I tried to reset my ipod and activate it again but it doesn't work and itunes gives me an error message.

I previously made In App Purchases to unlock all puzzles in 5 different App's from the same developer. When I re-installed the them from the app store I lost the access that I had paid for. I have now left reviews on the apps, can I do anything else?

My young child really misses these. There are no updates missing, I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it again and also rebooted the ipad.

Several years ago, I purchased hundreds of dollars worth of music. Subsequently, the computer I used was stolen and I now have an IPOD Nano. Isn't there a way for me to access that music I paid for and download it to the new Ipod.

This is a question. As I previously stated, I purchased hundreds of dollars of music for my original IPOD. It and the computer onto which I downloaded the music have been (for lack of a better term) mislocated or destroyed. I know own an IPOD Nano. Isn't there a way for me to retrieve the music I purchased to download onto the new IPOD. It seems to me that since I paid for it, Itunes should have a record of it and I should still be allowed to access it for a download.

Hi - you can do what you want to do with AirPlay from your iPhone - but unfortunately it is not as easy as the people in the Apple store told you - your first problem is that you have a non Apple router - you cannot extend a non Apple router wirelessly with the Express - you can only join the network and connect an ethernet device to it - you can however connect via ethernet and have it create a wireless network of its' own - you can set this up from your iPhone or the XP - but this is a complicated setup and would involve many different discussion areas of this forum - therefore I would suggest that you use your 90 days of support and consult directly with Apple to do this - go to this link - http://www.apple.com/support/contact/
