I have a Cd with images that I need to open.

What format are these images?
The health care industry is a bit behind the times, often relying on custom-made programs that read/write custom file formats (even with images or videos, rather than using standard file formats), and often those programs only run on Windows. My guess would be you've gotten a CD that is loaded with software to allow viewing of a custom file format on Windows and that won't work at all on a Mac.

That is a Windows Backup file. I seriously doubt that there will be any way to read that on a Mac. Do you have a Windows machine that you can use to open those files and save the contents in a more friendly format?

If you are running Lion then you cannot run PPC software. Your computer would have to be capable of being booted by Snow Leopard in order to run PPC software. Or consider upgrading your PPC software or buying replacement software that works with Lion.

Are you sure that the attachment file type is a supported file? Can you open the attachment on your computer?

It strikes me that it should be possible to do that (or something similar) by building a safari extension, TC. Both Sessions and SafariRestore are able to launch multiple tabs from a previous session, so it seems like you should be able to create an extension that launches multiple tabs open to specific sites when Safari is launched.

That is not an option in the default Finder. You need an Add-On like Total Finder and then that only works in Finder windows that YOU open. If a finder windows is opened by Save/Save As, or for a downloading of something over the Internet the basic Finder style is used where folders are listed in alphabetical order.
You could also try Path Finder. That also has a option to always show folders on top.

After downloading the PHSPCS3_Cont_WWE.exe, double click on it to extract the contents, probably to your desktop.
Then in the Goodies folder, Optional Plugins folder, you'll see the Kodak PhotoCD folder
Open that and copy the Photo CD.8BI to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 11\Plug-Ins
Copy the profiles to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Color\Profiles
