Failure to Authorize Coby Kyros Tablet

I am having trouble authorizing my Coby 7015 Tablet. When I open up ADE and connect the tablet via USB it recognizes it (the Aldiko program) on screen but when I go to authorize it on the device, it gives me "Failed to Authorize". I checked the username and password and they allow me access to the Adobe website. Oddly when I disconnect the tablet from the computer, it then recognizes the device, but then prompts me to enter a password, which I assume is the same password needed to login, but it tells me the password entered is incorrect.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have a Coby Kyros mid7024 and cannot download Adobe Reader.

Apparently Coby has gone out of business and has not satisfyed the licencing agreement for the Coby Kyros mid7024. Trying to download Adobe Reader from several sites, while signed in, has given the statement "not a supported device". How do I load the app to my Kyros?

I read another comment that my Coby Kyros tablet can run Firefox OS beta. Unless I run the tablet in root mode, I can't access Google Play. Any other options?

My tablet is using Android 4.0. (ICS)
The Coby website for the MID9740 says it has an Allwinner Cortex™-A8 however that is misleading, as this is really an AllWinner A10, which is a cortex A8 ARM CPU.to be accurate) The Cortex A8 is based on the ARMv7 architecture. It also has 1GB RAM, and cpu is 1 GHz.
Out of the box,(and not rooted) it can't access the Google Play for FirefoxOS download. If I root it, I can download from Google. I'm not afraid to root my tablet, but I know many others' are. I had it rooted before using ClockworkMod, but decided to restore to factory.(similar to a routine bi-annual reformat with Windows and Linux on my desktop)
I was just wondering if AndroidPit or any other sites have the beta available to test out on my Kyros.

i have a coby kyros mid 9742 tablet. I have adobe reader downloaded and it does work. when i try to download the update i get the message my system is not supported.
reader does me no good if i cannot rename a file, organize into folders, etc. HELP

What version of Android does your device have installed?
Adobe Reader for Android supports all operating systesm 2.3 and newer, so if your device is showing as not supported, that is unexpected.

iTunes will run fine with the media on an external drive.
However, I suggest that a tablet computer with a tiny hard drive is not ideal as the primary computer for managing an iTunes library, even a small one. If you have another machine, perhaps a big, boxy, inexpensive old desktop with a decent amount of storage, that might be a better choice.

iTunes does not support devices other than Apple's own. You'll have to use whatever method for synching provided for your Nexus, getting the tracks directly from the iTunes folder. This presumes that the Nexus supports industry-standard AAC files; if not, you'll have to convert them to a format the Nexus does support.

I guess you mean one of the resume templates.
What "format" have you saved your finished resume in?
The only formats a Windows user will be able to open are .doc (Word), .pdf and rtf. The 1st 2 are usually the best.
There is no Windows version of Pages.

I have an oooold Wacom tablet

that was given to my by a friend, and a G4 (obviously). The Wacom tablet (Intuos GD) has a 4 pin (male and female and female, not sure which one goes where) s-vid cabe, but the Mac has a 7 pin female s-vid port.
Should I try and find an adapter or should I just bite the bullet and buy a shiney new tablet that I don't really have the money for?
Other notes: The cable does fit into the port, but it doesn't actually work. Of course, this computer has been having a problem acknowledging drivers I've tried installing from the internet, so that might be a problem as well.

Hi, wasslara. Your ancient tablet is designed to connect to the serial printer or modem port of a Mac that's at least ten years old. No Mac in recent years has had such ports: USB ports have replaced them. Furthermore, the early versions of Mac OS X that can run on machines with these ports do not support them. So the only way you could connect your tablet to a recent Mac would be with an adapter like this one — the only adapter of its kind currently in production, as far as I know. And even when purchased online from discount vendors (the best price I could find is over $63) it costs much more than your tablet itself is worth. So I agree with Frank: retire the tablet and get a newer one.
