Adobe licensing supports installation on two machines. The Adobe product license agreement allows the primary user to install the product on a primary computer and also on a home or laptop computer for his or her use, provided that the two copies are not used simultaneously.

You cannot move or copy software between computers. You must reinstall. You will need the serial number. Check your account details on Adobe's site if you registered.

I have tried to download Photoshop Elements 10 three times now and it has crashed every time. I checked my settings and the format on my computer is Max OS Extended. I read that 3 other people were having the same problem. Did anyone figure out how to fix this or does Photoshop Elements not run on Mac OS X?

Sfasolo it appears you are installing Photoshop Elements as opposed to downloading Photoshop Elements. Can you have one copy of Photoshop on two devices?

I have been told by a friend that it is possible to have one copy of photoshop on two devices, however i don't know if this is true or not. I installed my copy of photoshop onto my imac around this time last year, but i have recently bought a macook pro and i would like to download it onto this computer. I would like to know if this is possible and if it is how do i do it? I have no disc drive on my macbook pro so this could also be another issue.

I have downloaded and installed Photoshop Elements 11 on my new Macbook Pro. Why can't I see my scanner (Epson Perfection 3200 Photo) from the File>Import menu?

There was no driver update available (it said my driver was up to date), so I just deleted the scanner and restarted the computer. when it came up, the scanner had already been added again. With great anticipation I tried to import from Photoshop...but no luck (scanner was not visible). I finally ended up calling Epson (had great difficulty in locating a number for support) and they finally told me there is no driver update for OS X 10.10 and I should as a work around use "Image Capture" application. I tried it, and it works quite well.
