I have a friend that just got an AT&T Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket phone. Any time I try to reply to one of her emails from my iPhone it crashes the Mail app.
I have an iPhone 4S running iOS 5.0.1.
Anyone else see a problem like this?
have you taken the basic troubleshooting steps recommended in the User Guide (restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new)?

I have a friend that just got a new cell phone, it's not a iPhone, but the person that use to have the number that she got did! I can't message my friend, they go out as iMessages to the other person! How can I fix this without turning all my iMessages off?
She needs to call the carrier on her old iPhone and have it removed from her account.
Once she does that you will not be able to use iMessage because that only works Apple to Apple.
You will need to use something else like Skype instead.

Getting same error message - 1st time ever having a problem witn iTunes. Tried to re-install iTunes but that just got another error message. Does this mean I have lost everything.

I have CS6 and I just got a new Leica D-LUX and can not view my RAW (.RWL) images in Bridge what do I do? I already tried updating Bridge from the Help menu.
Did you use the Migration Assistant to help set up the new iMac using some of the files in the older PC? Some likely won't mean much, unless you have applications that can use or convert them. There's also a way to use the software Time Machine to import data files from an external or another computer, so you may have used that, too.
Hopefully someone with experience in a similar issue will reply...

You got the new iphone????? I have same problem. I transferred audiobooks to device to find no audiobooks on device (despite it being in iTunes as if it was). Have you found a solution????? I even tried to change import settings on format transfer but hasn't worked.

Yes, you can. The iPhone 4S and 6th generation iPod nano use the same 30-pin charger, unlike the new Lightning charger used by the iPhone 5 and 7th generation iPod nano.

Have a 36GB iPod. I have several playlists in ITunes that just do not sync. They don'tshow up in the list of playlists if I check the 'Sync Selected Playlists'button in the Music tab. All help is appreciated.
Ringtones are currently a one-time only download. Have you not got a copy of them on your computer and/or on a backup ? Are your contacts still on your computer? If yes, set one contact up on the phone and sync it, you'll get the option to merge data.
If there are no more contacts on the computer, see if your latest backup still has the info, if you did not sync after you lose the info, they are still part of the backup.

You should be able to go to message, menu, and delete, then select the message that you would like to delete.

I have one app that just randomly started crashing and now will not open
I have an app- Game of war, that I liked to play. well one day it just crashed. I did all sorts of things; reset my warnings, deleted it, rebooted, even upgraded to the newest firmware and it still wont work. it just opens to a crash report screen, but even if i put in the report, it just quits. I went to the website and have been talking to the "developer team" and they cannot figure out what is wrong. I even sent them my crash reports. that was two months ago. anyone have a clue? This is the only app that does it. No other app does.
Backup the iPad first, delete the app, reinstall tha app and then restore from the backup in order to recover your data.

We have iPad and ipad2 with one email address but two owners. How can we share purchases, receive same email messages but have individual accounts at the same time? Can we have same Apple User ID with different passwords? Hepl!
Aside from the fact that we have hijacked this thread - which we really shouldn't do - you would probably be better off posting questions or seeking advice in the iCloud portion of the Apple Support Communities. I'm sure that there are a lot of more experienced iCloud users on that site than I am.
I'm not a big believer in iCloud at this point, so my experience with it - other than downloading past purchases - is really pretty limited. I would not want to steer you down the wrong path.
However, here is the Apple iCloud support website that is loaded with all sorts of information and links to even more information. This will get you started anyway ....

We have two Mac's, we have backed them up on time capsule, we have doubles, can we do any thime to stop it doing doubles?
Using Time Machine Preferences > Options on each of your Macs, you can "exclude" any files that you do not want to be backed up.
So, the file(s) that you select for exclusion for a given computer will not be backed up by Time Machine.
If you want to delete an existing backup of a file in your backups, open Time Machine from the dock and navigate to the file that you want to delete. Click it to highlight it, then click the gear shaped icon above the window. You can delete that specific backup, or delete all backups of that file. -
when I went in to look for friends,It came up that icloud has two friends to add to my list, is this a request from those twopwople to be friends?
When I open emails with PDFs I click on the attachment (doing this all on my iPad) it gives me the option to "open in iBooks", I accept then after that the document is sucked into my iPad but I can't do anything with the PDF after that. Where is the actual file on my iPad? Why can't I email or send these PDFs to my cloud (Dropbox)?
It's like once they go into iBooks they're stuck forever. -

The chances are your replacement came with an older version of iOS. Go to Settings > General > About > Software Version... does it say something between 4.0 and 4.3.5?
Plug it in to a computer with iTunes to update it. When you launch iTunes it should prompt you to update to iOS 5.1.
