Using Photoshop CS6 and after printing approx. 10 cards on an Epson R3000 printer the program gives me a dialog box saying "There was an error opening your printer. Printing functions will not be available until you have selected a printer and reopened any documents." Even after closing and reopening the program, the print command is greyed out so I cannot select any printer. This also happens with a Brother laser printer. Both printers will produce a test page out side of the Adobe product. Help!

I cannot get any help either. I get the message "There was an error opening your printer. Printing functions will not be available until you have selected a printer and reopened any documents." I have reinstalled all drivers, powered off/on all printers (2 of them - a Brother HL - 4040cn and an Epson Stylus Pro 7890 - which all worked fine until this morning). There appears to be no path to a solution. I have read all the forums and tried about 20 different suggestions all to no avail. Reboots, changing cables, reinstalling printers and drivers and Photoshop CS6 - ALL TO NO AVAIL. On a macbook pro retina with 10.10.3. This issue is out there and some get solutions - but not all - that's my crowd...the not all crowd. I have yet to be able to print from CS6 any more. This is a show stopper and my patience is wearing thin. And I'm tired of stupid questions like "is your printer powered on?" give me a break. This appears to be an adobe photoshop cs6 problem - as I can print from every other application. Anyone have any ideas? Adobe should have something?... Adobe system info below:

Please help me figure this out. I'm very unhappy at the moment. I'm fustrated and don't have any idea how to revert to the original version before the update was done on iMovie 10. I NEVER hated APPLE until NOW!! I love APPLE products and apps so please help me stay in that mindset. So I worked on some movie projects when I got my macbook pro 6 months ago. I update reguarly. I saw the update prompt and honestly, I did not think I would have ANY issuess with opening my previous files that I created only a few months ago with this updated version.The new updated version of iMovie 10 won't let me open my previous files I created before the update today. I have a wedding that I'm trying to finish and deliver and now I can't because that file version won't open. I keep getting an error message and the iMovie app closes. Last night I saw the file and tried to open it but no luck. Error message came up again. I reboot and turned off my laptop for the evening and tried again just now but nothing!! I need that video. I also have Jolly's problem. I found the iMovie 9.0.9 folder and tried to launch the older version of iMove. It would not launch. I removed all of the iMovie preferences from the Preferences folder, removed iMove 10 from the applications folder, and restarted my Mac. iMove 9.0.9 still won't launch and I can't access my videos created with the older version of iMovie. Is there a way to uninstall iMovie 10 and reinstall iMovie 9.0.9?

That is correct. Your camera was first supported by Camera Raw 7.3. Camera Raw 7.3 will not work with CS5. You need CS6 or CC.

It all depends on your preferred workflow and your budget.
Using the DNG converter is free. There is no monthly fee. You use the converter to convert all Raw files from the EOS 6D to DNGs then edit the DNGs in CS5. That's an extra step every time - every photo. Some people don't like the extra step. Others don't mind.

Whenever I try to print a PDF document, I get a message indicating there is a runtime error, and for me to contact you. My system is Adobe reader 9.3

A runtime error is a computer error that appears in the form of a message box consisting of a particular code along with its corresponding definitions. Usually, a user will notice that the computer becomes noticeably slow before a runtime error appears.
After the runtime error message has been displayed and closed, the software that shows this error would normally close or freeze. In some cases, the operating system will reboot.
A wide variety of errors cause these problems. These include:
conflicts between the TSR (Terminate and Stay Resident Program)
currently running applications
software issues
memory problems
and harmful applications such as computer viruses
With this, the procedures necessary to correct this type of error differs from one case to another. If the runtime error you are experiencing were caused by a TSR then you can simply use the "end task" function of the Task Manager.
If you consequently encounter a runtime error that is persistent, the software that displays the error message has certain issues and problems. You can resolve this problem by visiting the website of the software's developer and downloading and installing all the updates and patches needed for the smooth running of the software. 1. Uninstall Reader (using the Control Panel).
2. Download and install the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility (msicuu2.exe)
3. Run the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility to remove the installer for Reader 9 (and previous versions if they are still installed).
4. Download and install a new copy of Reader, and update it (if required) to 9.3.1.

Chas50 I would recommend removing the currently installed Adobe Creative software. You can then install the new versions of the Adobe Creative software included with your membership.
