I have a hp officejet 4500 wireless . How do I print from my 3GS iPhone ?

I have a hp officejet 4500 wireless so how do I print from my 3GS iPhone?

You can use Airprint Activator. It will see WiFi printers that are not Airprint capable. I have an iPhone 4 with iOS5.0.1 and a Canon WiFi printer that is not Airprint capable. The Airprint Activator works great. So, whenever I want to print from my iPhone, the PRINT function sees my Canon and I can use it.
You install in on a Mac that is on your WiFi network. Make sure the Mac is connected to your network via WiFi and not via an ethernet connection. I think there's a Windows version of this floating around too which I don't have a URL.

  • Officejet 4500 Wireless All-in-One Printer - G510n & Win 7. Installing since October Last Year.

I have a Toshiba Satellite A665 Laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium OS.  Initially I installed the Printer software and Drivers from the product disc, connect via USB during setup as requested and the printer would work fine, until I shut it down at the end of the day.  The next day, I get the message that the "Drivers for Officejet 4500 Wireless All-in-One Printer - G510n are missing".  This all started last October and continues.   The Network diagnostic tool doesn't see the printer, but the Print & Scan Diagnostic tool identifies it, but then the program stops responding.
I have installed, uninstalled, reinstalled the drivers and software from both the product disc and from hp.com at least 10 times. I have installed the basic setup as well as the full installation. the only thing I can think of is when the printer goes into power saving mode, I lose my wireless connection.

It sounds like your printer IP address might be changing.   Have you run the HP print scan doctor?
hp.com/go/tools  --> HP Print and Scan Doctor
This tool will often find issues with printer driver installation.
I don't have a OfficeJet 4500 here, but if there is a wireless button you can push it, get the wireless menu, select IP address.   Does this match the IP Address you find when you select  "(Windows Start) --> All Programs --> HP --> HP OfficeJet 4500 --> Update IP Address" from Windows?
If they don't match, use the IP address from the printer and type it into the Update IP Address window.  This may help...

  • How can I print from iCal on iPhone and iPad?

HHow can I print from iCal on iPhone and iPad?

    Hi EScott,
This is an easy fix. You indicate that you get these emails just fine on your desktop, so they are not getting lost. They are just not making it to your iPhone or iPad. This tells me that you need to change the preferences of the accounts on your desktop machine. Each account will have a setting for what to do with mail on the server after you have checked it. The choices are to leave on the server,  or to delete it.
If you have it set to delete, it won't be there when you later go check your mail from your mobile device. Most of the people I see post here with email issues have the opposite problem from you. They check their email from the phone during the day, then can't get it on the desktop later. It sounds like your iPhone and iPad are already set to leave on server.
All you have to do is go into your mail client on the desktop and in the individual preferences for each account change this setting. You may also want to check how you have deleted mail set up. It also can be set to be removed immediately, at a later time (like a week, month), or never. If you have it set to delete it won't be in your trash folder.
    Good luck.

My scanner will not work. needs to  install code 28.

    Spoiler (Highlight to read)

    Hello,
How did you install the scanner? Was there an error during the install? Have you ever been able to scan successfully?
If you go into the Device Manager, is there an exclamation point under the scanner? If so, you can update the driver from there by directing it to the downloaded software or to the disc.
    Thank you

  • How do I print from my iphone?

How do I print from my 3GS iPhone?
I have a wireless printer and cant get it to come up as an option to print from my phone.

You would have to have on of the few printers that support airprint:
    iOS: AirPrint 101
Or you can find an app that provides this function.

  • Hp officejet 4500 wireless won't print from laptop. It is connected to laptop. It prints from desktop

We have a HP Officejet 4500 wireless printer which was first installed in 2011 without any problems. We also utilize a HP LaserJet P1006 printer (not wireless) with our network. I cannot print from my laptop to either printer, but hubby's desktop has no problem. Both printers stopped working for my laptop at the same time. Everything worked perfectly until a few weeks ago when I could no longer print directly from my Dell Inspiron laptop. When I check on the connectivity of both printers to my laptop, the information tells me the printers are connected to my laptop.
My husband has a Dell desktop (our main computer).
I have tried everything I know to fix this problem, including shutting down the desktop, my laptop, the router, and the printers (including disconnecting the printers from the desktop with the cords that connect to the printers). I have followed all instructions on how to restart the entire system...plug the router in, plug in the printers & turn them on, and lastly restart both computers.
I am not what one would call "computer savvy"; as a matter of fact, I am quite computer-challenged. If any of you can tell me in extremely-easy-to-understand language what to do, I would appreciate your help.

    Hi,
Pleae download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor utility which should resolve most of printing issues.

  • HP Officejet 4500 Wireless Printing Issues with Online Maps & Financial Institutions

I have an HP Officejet 4500 Wireless printer that I have wireless connection to my HP G72 Laptop running Windows 7 (64 bit) with Internet Explorer 9.  I am having trouble printing online maps from either Bing Maps or Google Maps.  It seems the print jobs get stuck in the print que and always show an indefinite status of “Printing” in the que but never get printed.
I’ve tested my other applications including Office 2010 and all other jobs seem to print just fine.  I do use the “Print” button located in each of the online Map sites (Bing, Google).  This is when the jobs get stuck.
I do also have the HP Bing Bar installed with Smart Print.  The Smart Print feature seems to work with the online maps just fine (seems I’ll just use it instead).
Another separate printing issue is that I can never get any of my online financial transactions to print from any of my online financial institutions with either the Internet 9 print features or the HP Bing Smart Print feature.  I can never get those to print (have to wait for the PDF statements to be available).
Any ideas as to why I can print the maps or online financial transaction?  I get no error messages either.

Look for the link "To access on Android Market, click here".  This should lead you to the Android app store where you can download the application.  It will allow you to print to your DeskJet 3052A.
