I apologize, I'm a bit unclear on exactly what device you are trying to set up and what is happening when you try to do so. If you are having issues remembering your Apple ID, or feel like you may have set up multiple Apple ID's, you may find the following page helpful:

Go to Settings/icloud. The Apple ID at the top of the screen is the only one you need to be concerned about. That one MUST be a working ID, and you must know the password for it, or you will be unable to use the phone if it ever crashes, you want to update it, or you want to sell it.

Have you tried reinstalling Microsoft Word? Have you tried reinstalling Office? Have you run any updates recently for Microsoft Office? There was one that came out this week. You may wish to ask this question over at the Microsoft Word forums, there's a good chance you'll get a better answer as well. I believe that you have an upgrade version of Adobe Acrobat Pro, in this case it will ask for the serial number of the previous qualifying version.
You can find your old serial number using this link : Find your serial number quickly

The main thing to do is to sign out all services on your iPhone, like iCloud, iTunes & App Store, iMessage and FaceTIme. Check out the article below for more information.

There are no keys, there is no trial version of OSX (ML or Mavericks) and Mavericks is free

It's the password for your outgoing mail in your Mail account. You need to set it up in your Preferences.

If a different Apple ID displays when you try to update your app, that would indicate that the original app was purchased using another account. You cannot update apps that belong to somebody else.
