I have a HP Photosmart Premium printer and the touch screen resolution is not good ; I can see lines

It's only 5 months old. Can this be fixed?

If resetting the printer doesn't work.  Call the call center since your product is under warranty 1-800-HPINVENT
Reset the HP All-in-One
With the power on, unplug the power cord from the wall outlet and the back of the HP All-in-One and leave it unplugged for 60 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet and the HP All-in-One.
Turn on the HP All-in-One by pressing the On button.

    When you say DVD drive is not working and cant detect disks, Is the Optical drive listed in Device manager and My computer? Is not reading any specific disks or all kinds of disks ?

    Do a reset, hold down the home/sleep button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the device to boot back up.
    No data is loss doing a reset.

    If you restored to factory settings/new iPod and still have the problem that indicates a hardware problem.

    You cant unlock your phone unless you put in your password. It may be possible that the apple store could do something about it.

    Depends on the damage. The battery came loose in my iPhone. When Apple opened the phone to redo the glue they discovered the speakers were also loose. Apple replaced the phone.

    Double-tap the screen with three fingers, then go to Settings and disable the Zoom function so you don't accidentally trigger it again.

  • HT3500 I have mosx Lion have no driver for my photosmart c4580 printer and the printer test page gives no ip address. How do I get my printer to work?

    We bought a new Mac bookpro using the latest version of lion 10.8. We also have a c4580 photosmart printer and have bee unable to find a driver down load for this printer and our Macbook. We have tried to use u tube and other sites including Apple support to try to connect to our printer. We run a printer test page and the ip address comes up "not applicable". Do we need to connect the macbook to the router? What are we doing wrong? HP site will not give us a driver download. I have to buy it. Seems simplar to goand buy a new printer but this one is still good. Can anyone help? We are not as software savy as alot of you out there. Thanks.

    My iPod touch 4th generation screen shakes back and forth every once in a while and won't let me use the touch screen. I have restored it at least 5 times to factory setting and it is still happening. The only way to stop it is to hit the sleep button off and then on again. It happens about once every 5 minutes. Please help.

    If you successfully (completed all steps without errors) restored to factory settings/new iPod and still have the problem that points to a hardware problem. I would make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.

  • Printer wont turn off, and the touch screen is black.

    I can not get my printer to turn off. The green power button will just stay on. I tried unplugging it, but as soon as I plugg it back in the power button will still be on. My touch screen also won't work. It just stays  black.

    I see you're having touchscreen and power issues. I would love to try and help you, but I do need a little information first. I am linking a few HP Support documents below that will show you how to find which operating system you are using. Also, if you're using Windows, please include whether your operating system is 32-bit or 64-bit.

    Which Windows operating system am I running?
    Is the Windows Version on My Computer 32-bit or 64-bit?
    I'd suggest performing a power reset on the printer.  Disconnect the power cord from the printer and the power outlet, then wait 60 seconds. After 60 seconds, plug the printer back in. Ensure you plug the printer directly to a wall outlet. Make sure to bypass any sort of surge protector or power bar.
    I would also recommend plugging the printer power into a different wall outlet.

    Ingo, the reset has worked, pressing home and sleep buttons together! The problem is that the screen turned black and the iPod does not start again.
    Yesterday, I wrapped the iPod with a plastic. Today, the slide to unlock is moving, but still not reaching the end of the slide bar.
    What should I do now? Try to charge it and reset it on iTunes?
