How do I remove my credit card from my account and still download free apps? because that card is no more good anymore the App Store will not let me download any apps . I no longer have a credit or debit card.so PLS help
On your iPad tap on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account - that should give you a payments link on your account's page. Or on your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should also be a payment link.
Changing payment info : Change or remove your payment information from your iTunes Store account (Apple ID)
If you don't get the 'none' option on the payment details screen : Why can’t I select None when I edit my Apple ID payment information? -
I recently changed my email address and the app store will not let me use my new email. I have my apple id under my new email address. Any Suggestions?

2. Reboot
3. Sign in with new email address -
I got an iPod touch 1st generation and downloaded loads of apps, some paid some free. A few weeks ago I restored the iPod touch and when I went to download apps that I had already owned it said I needed a newer iOS. It says I need iOS 4.3 and I have iOS 4.2.1 and when i tried to update it says I have no software updates.
Do you have any of those apps saved on your computer, in iTunes?
It is true that your 1st generation iPad is already now running the highest version of iOS it can. It cannot be updated further. If the developer has pulled the older versions of their apps and now only offers versions requiring iOS 5 or 6 then you will not be able to run those apps any longer (unless you kept backup copies of the older versions in iTunes on your computer).
Developers determine what version(s) of their apps are in the App Store. As many have updated their apps to take advantage of the enhancements in iOS 6 , they've pulled their older versions and no longer support them. -
Loads of space but not letting me download garage band on to my iPad and comes up with pop up saying not anough space on the iPad
When the app is downloaded it will expand as all app downloads do. You are downloading a "compressed installer" in a manner of speaking. When the app expands it will be larger than the space that you have left on the device.

I have 2 Apple ID's but the app store will not let me update iPhoto with either
I have a MacBook pro 2011. For some reason i have ended up with 2 Apple ID's i must have forgotten something or i changed my account name from when i first set up the machine. Some apps allow me to upgrade with one but not the other. I have upgraded to Yosemite via a clean install at the Apple store. I have loaded back on my back up but iPhoto isn't there and it has asked me to upgrade via the App store. Unfortunately neither Apple ID's will let me upgrade.
The Message on screen is:
Upgrade unavailable with this Apple ID
This update is not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or cancelled
Do i head back to the Apple store and talk with them or is there something i can do at home?
Thanks in advance of any help
SI think you're confusing RAM memory with hard drive memory storage...the two aren't the same.
Although you're being told you need 2GB of RAM to run Mountain Lion....I would consider 4GB the minimum. You should be able to upgrade the RAM in your iMac to 4GB for well under $100. -
Can someone help me? I want to be able to use the stream option from my iphone
Welcome to the Apple Support Communities
Before purchasing iPhoto '11, you have to uninstall iPhoto '09. Open Finder, select Applications in the sidebar and delete iPhoto, emptying Trash. Then, open App Store and purchase iPhoto '11. Before opening iPhoto '11, I recommend you to create a backup of your iPhoto library (on Pictures folder) on another folder -
I really would like it if i could download Whats app on my ipod...

The app store will not let me download mountain lion
When I try to purchase Mountain Lion, it tells me I need 2 GB of memory. I have 123 GB of memory on my iMac. I am currently using Snow Leopard
To check how much RAM you have click on the Apple at the top left corner and select About This Mac.

The app store will not let me download lion
i have tried to download lion a bunch of times and it will keep telling me i need two gb of space... my finder told me I have 80 gb left on my computer, how do I fix my problem.
"Space" is hard disk.
It is telling you, most likely, you need 2 GB of "memory" or RAM.

I have a laptop (2010) with Lion OS and tried to install Mavericks and part way through the installation it quit and reverted back to Lion and the app store doesn't let me download Mavericks again. How can I resolve this?

I have a mac pro 1.1. the main hard drive failed. How do I reload OS X 10.7 back in my computer. the app store will not let me reinstall this os. My computer is not compatible OS x 10.8?
You need to first install the OS your Mac came on the bundled gray disks. Assuming it's Snow Leopard, you could then login into the App Store using your same Apple ID and password to download and install Lion.
If your Mac is a bit older and came with Leopard, 10.5.x, you can bypass that and install Snow Leopard from your retail disk. The only software you'd need to install separately from the gray disks would be the optional software, such as the iLife suite and other titles not included on the retail SL disk. -

App Store Failure / Updates White Screen
Tap Settings > General > Date and Time > Set Automatically > Off. Set the date one year ahead. Then try to access the App Store.
It may be a connection issue. Try changing your DNS settings to Google’s open DNS by tapping Settings > Wi-Fi >, tap the blue arrow next to your current Wi-Fi network, and then tap the “DNS” field and enter the DNS servers; 8.8.8.8 (Google’s Public DNS, 8.8.4.4 also alternate). -
