I'm having trouble with my iPad 2 . I downloaded a new app for my daughter and it will not let me open or access any of the new apps! It says I downloaded them and all but will not let me open them ! I'm so lost . All my other apps are fine and they work fine. But the ones I've downloaded tonight will not open and it says I downloaded them. And then I tried to delete them because there not working and it's not letting me. Please someone help me. I don't understand why all of a sudden the new apps will not open but will download. And my iPad is up to date with iOS I checked and made sure. Please anyone help me

Add another e-mail account to your messages, so people could reach you on that e-mail from messages. As soon as you are online (if you have wifi only iPad) you are able to send and receive messages. i.e. your son can send you a messages from his iPhone addressing it to your (that additional) e-mail address.

Remember security on a TC is an illusion.
Simply press the reset button for 1-2 sec.. you must not do too long .. it will then hard reset.. but soft reset will revert all passwords to default for 5min. ie TC password is now public.
Remember this the next time because anybody at all can change your passwords.
Once into the TC you can then open the view passwords if you wanted any weaker security. Click and open the TC.. and click on edit.. then go to the top menu..
Voila .. all your passwords in plain sight to any Tom Dick and Fred. -

Well the term "hotlined" I have never heard before. In any case many states (like NY) just passed regulatory powers to the State Public Service Commission of which it may be called something different in your state. You could file a complaint with them. Or file a complaint with your state attorney generals office, they also take on wireless providers.
The problem here is the staff you speak to are poorly trained, in days gone by it took one call to them and they pulled up your account and see the error and had the authority to remove any errors. They did not remove legitimate account actions, but used their heads instead of putting a customer off or worse lying to the customer.
Its a shame you have to go through what you going through.

You need to pay it either credit card or phone bill, however it depends on your location. If you want to download songs from the Nokia Music, you need to check your Nokia account if it's possible to purchase a song using a credit card or using a phone bill.
To do this, go to account.nokia.com/ using your computer and then log in to your Nokia account. On the left side of the screen, click on Payment settings. Then, check under My payment methods if you can use either phone bill or credit card to purchase songs. -
