The way I did it was I got the free app sync:stream from the App Store and then added my ipod to my ps3's Bluetooth devices. Then went to audio settings and set output and input to 'Skaggs iPod' you then open the app and it will be listed under music as a media service. You then go to all tracks and click copy (press triangle) it will then begin to copy all of your songs onto your ps3 via Bluetooth. I haven't tried but I assume the same can be done with photos. Most small cameras, including those in every generation of iPhone, may exhibit some form of flare at the edge of the frame when capturing an image with out-of-scene light sources. This can happen when a light source is positioned at an angle (usually just outside the field of view) so that it causes a reflection off the surfaces inside the camera module and onto the camera sensor. Moving the camera slightly to change the position at which the bright light is entering the lens, or shielding the lens with your hand, should minimize or eliminate the effect.

Apple does not repair iPads, but will replace the entire iPad for a flat fee. If you have AppleCare+ on the iPad, the cost will be relatively minimal; $49 in the US. Otherwise, select the appropriate issue on this page:

There are independent iPad repair services that may be able to replace the screen for less. Do a web search for "ipad repair". You can also look for parts and instructions and do the repair yourself. I don't know what country that you are in, but in the US the price for repair (i.e. replacement) is (from here) $299 for the iPad 3, and here in the UK (from here) £256.44

If the sign does not go away it has not completed the restore. So you are incorrect when you say it "keeps completing the restore" if that message is still displayed.
Do you get an error message? If so, what is the error number?

Ipod tough 4th gen is dented badly in the back and the screen is cracked.

i was out at night and as i stood up, i slipped and hit piece of wood corner side up. unfortunatly, my ipod was in my back right poket and broke my fall. about 3/4 of the way up it's dented and the screen is cracked, i know it's not part of the warenty, but i got this for chritsmas and i want to know if it's fixable.

if you choose to do this, drag your songs over there, THEN erase them from your itunes library, becasue itunes wont be able to find the songs. After that, you can do
file > add folder to library > my documents/my music/itunes/itunes music, and it will automatically upload all those songs back onto your library

It means you should take it to the Genius Bar. You will no doubt need to buy an out of warranty replacement.
