You can also buy CS6 for $700 instead of paying $10 a month the first year for Photoshop CC followed by $20 a month till Adobe changes the monthly charge for CC. If you stop paying your copy of CC will deactivate at some point. And PSD files saved with CC will all not be fully compatible with prior versions of Photoshop. Your new Actions and scripts may also not be compatible with older versions of Photoshop.

The latest version of photoshop is cc 2014 available by subscription only.

I purchased the photography plan for one person, and want to add the complete package for myself. I don't see where I can add another package online. It just says I can upgrade the photography one I currently have.

It sounds like just joining Creative Cloud with a different email address/Adobe Id for the full membership would be what you should do rather than upgrading.

Some Blu rays and DVDs come with digital copies and you inset them into the dvd drive and it downloads the movie to itunes and then you can put them on any iDevice. The new iMac does not have a dvd or disc drive. What can I do?
You will either need to borrow or purchase an external DVD drive, or if you have access to another computer that has a DVD drive you may be able to use Remote Disk:

You can install and activate CS6 on both machines perfectly legally.

Unfortunately, no. the CS programs are platform specific. You have three options. Upgrade to CS6 and request a platform swap, in which case you will give up the Windows serial number. Second, you could buy a second serial number for Mac outright. Third, you can buy the subscription to Photoshop CC, which can be used on both Windows and Macintosh..

If the page you linked does not work then it should so what happens when you try? It is possible that it might be a simple matter of you enabling cookies or trying another web browser.
You can also try to download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.
