I have a loading problem by a book
i load a book an the loading process is always discontinued. what can i do?? please help me thx
You mean to say you can't load a PDF or an iBook in the iBook app, right!?
You need to drag the book into the iTunes library and sync it back to your iPod, make sure that the book you want is check marked in the books tab when iPod is connected and then sync it.
This will solve your problem

I have a little problem with Address Book and Microsoft Exchange 2003. I am able to connect to Outlook Web Access via Safari without problem. I see my contacts. Unfortunately when I setup everything needed in Address Book preferences (Synchronize with Exchange) the contacts didn't show in my Address Book. Strange thing is that no error is generated. can someone please help me what I am doing wrong ? Thanks in advance.My suggestion is that you consider using Microsoft Entourage. For Exchange users on a Mac, Entourage is by far the best option. I have a issue with my mac book pro. For some reason it won't stay powered on. I can't get past the apple loading logo. The battery is fully charged so it is not the problem. Can anyone tell me what the problem may be and how can i get it resolved?

I HAVE ITUNES LOADED ON MY PC, BUT AS SOON AS I OPEN THE PROGRAM A POP-UP SCREEN APPEAR WHICH STATES THAT AN ERROR OCCURED IN ITUNES AND IT MUST CLOSE.

Your advice did not help me. I also installed 10.7.4 combo but the situation is the same.

I am new to IPods. I have a Classic 160GB and I can't figure out how to load Music Videos to iTunes or the IPod. I have had no problem loading my CD's to iTunes and to the IPod, but no go on the Music Videos.

Ok. Here's the results. I tried all the music videos I wanted to put onto the IPod and the results were:
I was able to get good results with 2 full length music videos and 2 video singles(only 2 videos on each disk). For a total of 4 videos.
I was able to encode 5 full length music videos, but the results were distorted (video and audio).
I was unable to copy 2 full length videos due to error failures. 1 was a "No Title Found" error, the other was a "NAVDAT" error.
I guess my next question is: Do you know of any other program(s) that I might try, to see if I can get good results with the videos that didn't work with Handbrake?

Hi I have just bought a new Mac Book Pro 15" Retina display with 256 SSD and 8G RAM. I had my info transferred form my Previous Mac Book Pro late 2011 to this machine. You already have got OS X Mavericks installed (the Keynote, Pages and Numbers versions available in the Mac App Store are only compatible with OS X Mavericks).
You have got a Late 2013 MacBook Pro, which uses a special OS X Mavericks version that is not available in the Mac App Store. This is the reason why the Mac App Store is not compatible with OS X Mavericks even if you are using it. This will be fixed in OS X 10.9.1, when your Mac uses the same Mavericks version as all other Macs.

I purchased two albums from iTunes but neither properly loaded on my iPad Mini and I cannot play any of the songs. I have prevously loaded other albums with no problems. How do I delete these albums and reload them? I don't see iTunes on iCloud.
If the albums do appear in the Music app, hold down on the album icons and the X to delete will pop up on the icons. Tap the X to delete the albums.
You don't see a anything in iCloud, you see your previous purchases in the purchased tab of the store that you bought the content in. So you find your music purchases in the purchased tab of the iTunes app on your iPad. Tap on Purchased and look for the albums in the Not on this iPad section - assuming that you are able to delete the albums from the device. -
Have down loaded Yosemite over Mountain Lion. Indesign CS5 does not operate although Bridge, Light room and also Photoshop elements operate OK A sub menu from Indesign request Java SE 6, after a long play with Apple I end up with Java 10 How can I solve this problem rapidly. In Safari with the above website, I cannot "View Source". Also, I have the same problem viewing images of patents at the USPTO, again probably a similar problem. Perhaps the web address isn't HTML but is an image format not supported by Firefox. Perhaps there is a plug-in or add-on that will be able to read the image, but should probably be included in the main Firefox release since it seems to be fairly common.

ibooks author is continuously deleting pages from my book until i'm left with nothing, does anyone know why this is or have the same problem?

I'm trying to load flash file in iWeb and when i enter info in the "html snippet" box a "missing plug-in" message comes up (although i have Adobe Flash player installed, if that's the plug-in they're looking for). Anyone have any similar problems or solutions. Thanks
when i publish my site and vew it the page on the web it just comes up with the file name w/ the ,swf and the "mising plug-in" message below. if i click on the file name it displays the flash file but gigantic (the entire height of the page).totally perplexed!

Hi, I have problems in ordering book from iPhoto. It says "problems in getting contact with Apple Online Store" I have changed password on my Apple ID - could that be the problem ??
Some additional efforts you can try:
Go to the System/Sharing preference pane and make sure Remote Apple Events is checked.
If it is, uncheck it and then recheck and try ordering again.
