Thing I got a letter form a Kate saying to elimanate the two songs then download again , Will I have to pay for this . This is not my first time and the last time I cot it form I tunes latest down load and the song came through again . This letter is more of a follow up on the two I wrote on my acount . Assuming you are in a region where you are allowed to redownload your past purchases, delete the current copies from your iTunes library and then download again using the Purchased link in the right-hand column of the iTunes Store home page.
If the problem persists, or that facility is not available in your region, contact the iTunes Store support staff through the report a problem links in your account history.

If the battery was empty (and it may then take 10 to 15 minutes of charging before it will respond), then have you tried a reset ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds, after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the equivalent of a reboot.

All... I have attempted to re-install iTunes 3-4 times over the past couple of weeks with the same results. However, last Friday I tried again and was prepared to record the "exact results" as asked for.... This time it worked. iTunes installed properly, and my devices all synced in without problems. There have been no significant changes to my PC in the intervening few weeks since this problem started. I'm clueless as to "what" happened, but now it's fixed itself...

I was attempting to open a document from a frequently used site, I had never been on, on my new mac however. I attempted to open the pdf file and was given the option of which program to use to open it, I mistakenly clicked use always and firefox as the program with which to open pdf files. I do not know how to undo this or what I should do in the future to access the pdf files.

My new blu ray disc did not come with a seperate digital download dis, now was there even a place for one inside the case, it came with instructions of how to install I tunes, then magically I would be prompted to enter the promo code and have it, no such luck, so now what?

I just purchased a camera packaged with Adobe photoshop Elements 11. I have a mac book air- which does not have a cd drive. The package did not come with a code or anything that would provide me with another way to install photoshop that came with my camera. Is there any other way i can install this on my camera without using the provided cd or buying the software again?
That doesn't help the user with the serial code though.

I recently bought a new macbook and installed Acrobate Pro. My settings/preferences did not come over and I do not have the same style options for my signature. It now only allows me three options and the style I have been using for the last year is not there. How do I add additional options and get my preferred signature style back?

I backup to an external hdd with Time Machine, when it ran out of space it did not delete old backups, now my internal hdd says its full when before it had heaps of space. I have searched for extra files but cant find any. Can anyone help, please.
First, empty the Trash if you haven't already done so. Then reboot. That will temporarily free up some space.
To locate large files, you can use Spotlight as described here. That method may not find large folders that contain a lot of small files.
You can also use a tool such as OmniDiskSweeper (ODS) to explore your volume and find out what's taking up the space. You can delete files with it, but don't do that unless you're sure that you know what you're deleting and that all data is safely backed up. That means you have multiple backups, not just one.
Proceed further only if the problem hasn't been solved.
ODS can't see the whole filesystem when you run it just by double-clicking; it only sees files that you have permission to read. To see everything, you have to run it as root.
Back up all data now.
Install ODS in the Applications folder as usual.
Triple-click the line of text below to select it, then copy the selected text to the Clipboard (command-C):sudo /Applications/OmniDiskSweeper.app/Contents/MacOS/OmniDiskSweeper
Launch the Terminal application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Terminal in the icon grid.
Paste into the Terminal window (command-V). You'll be prompted for your login password, which won't be displayed when you type it. You may get a one-time warning not to screw up. If you see a message that your username "is not in the sudoers file," then you're not logged in as an administrator.
I don't recommend that you make a habit of doing this. Don't delete anything while running ODS as root. If something needs to be deleted, make sure you know what it is and how it got there, and then delete it by other, safer, means.
When you're done with ODS, quit it and also quit Terminal. -
I have a brand new iPad 4. I plugged in and it told me that there was new software available. I went to update it and now it tells me "unknown error 1656". Now the pad is in permanent recovery mode and I can't do anything with it. Any info?

My iphone 5 went into search mode and I can't place or receive calls or use the internet but my text messages work. Sprint had me do a master reset and my phone doesn't work at all now I can't get it past the activation. As we were instructed I attempted to download the new Adobe Cloud to replace Adobe CS6 as it is about to expire. It had been downloading for about an hour when I lost power due to a storm. It was only off 20 minutes. When it came back up it had stopped because my internet of course was also off. Now I have tried to do it again and it tells me “that number has already been approved and uploaded” However, it has not because I do not have the cloud programs yet. I still have my CS6 but I am not sure what to do from here. Can you assist with this please?
After admittedly only a quick read the one thing you don't say is how you are trying to make this move. Most people with moving library issues do it the wrong way. Plenty of web sites tell you how to do it the wrong way.
If the iTunes application is started before the drive with the library is fully mounted and awake iTunes will revert back to the internal drive.
