Either redownload it from the Mac App Store or reinstall it from your iLife DVD or if it came pre-installed you can reinstall from the original discs that came with the computer.

the only limits you'll face is if any of your iPod touch apps are for the iPhone only, they'll show up as tiny in the middle of the screen. There'll be a 2X button that'll allow you to zoom it up...some look better than others. All depends on how high resolution they are made.
Other apps will be in the app store with a + by them, those are universal and scale to fit the screen they are displayed on. Other apps you'll need to buy the iPad version. And you'll find some apps that are iPad only.

My understanding is that the iPad Mini has a 5W charger. You could use Apple's 10W charger for older iPads or 12W charger for the new iPad. They will charge faster.

But when I connected my ipad to the Mac mini it said something about the ipad being already synced to another computer and backup is permitted only one computer at a time. How can I transfer my backup to the Mac mini ? And delete my previous (I.e. asus laptop) iTunes backup system?

You don't have to delete anything from the Asus. You can copy your iTunes library from the laptop to the Mac. Read this for more information.

I have the HP DV9408nr and it has two 1 gig dimms in it. I would like to put two 2 gig dimms for a total of 4 gig. But I cant find anything that will tell me if it would support that much memory.

it depends on what OS you are running. An x86 or 32-bit OS machine will only recognize and use a Max of 3 Gigs of ram. A 64-bit os will use up to 16 Gigs of ram. I have 3 gigs in my dv6408nr. And Vista did not show all of it until I did the SP1 and Sp2 updates. If you are running a 64-bit OS. I would think it would be fine.

Is there a way to sync up the iphone to itunes and a new computer without loosing all of my current apps on my phone? It only seems to give the option to erase the apps when syncing with the phone.

Yes count your self lucky. AirPlay is extremely failure prone and very aggravating to most users. Espeically if you do not have EXTREMELY high end networking hard ware if you are using WiFi. If you insist on going down this road you can look into an app called AirPariot. It might let you use AirPlay..... but again I wouldn't

One iPad can support multiple Apple IDs but not simultaneously and consequently it is a minor nuisance when it's time to update the apps.
Go to Settings/Store and log off and back on again with your wife's ID. You can then download the apps to your device. It's probably best that you remain logged in to whatever ID you expect to use most often.

Hello. I have Adobe Captivate 6 and wanting to upgrade. How can I upgrade to the new Captivate 8 since I do not have 7 or access to 7? Doesn't make since I'd have to buy another full version opposed to simply upgrading what I have. Please help.

It stinks that there isn't an upgrade option from 6, but it's due to the new subscription option for Captivate which actually ends up being far cheaper for you in the long run. Captivate 7 came out a little over a year ago the upgrade for that was the same as the 7 to 8 upgrade. As the upgrade is $400 and a subscription is only $20 per month, or $240 for a year, you'll end up saving money should the next upgrade come out in another year.
