MY MAC WANT LET ME INSTAL SNOW Lepord

You can install up to Leopard 10.5.8. Snow Leopard was simply an incremental release, and offered little new features, and the loss of support for the PowerPC. You are stuck with 10.5.8 Leopard, which is still good in many aspects. You can then proceed to upgrade your applications if you want.
Technically speaking, make sure you meet the minimum Leopard requirements, and you may be able to throw in more RAM if you want depending on how much you have in there.
