I have a macbook, and there are 2 problem

Please can someone help me i have 2 problems,
First problem: When i use tochpad on the laptop i cant left click, when i press with 1 finger it right click and when i press with two finger it does same, I have tried to change tochpad setting and it didnt work, I reinstalled moutain lion and still same problem, Btw i tried using a diffrent mouse and still same problem!
Second problem: The keyboard only works with the letters, caps lock and the volyme buttons, even when i press delete button ( i thinks its called back space ) it lowers down the volyme of the mac, and when i press the letters it gives me spaces, i have not tried another keyboard because i only want to use the keyboard on the mac, so any help please need respond!!

First thing I would do is plug in an external (Mac) keyboard if you have one and do SMC and PRAM resets. Not a high chance of these doing anything but its always worth it.
SMC- Plug In Adapter and hold down Shift-Option-Command-Power Button. The LED on the charger will turn green and back to orange.
PRAM - Boot up computer and as soon as you hear the boot up noise hold down Command-Option-P-R at the same time until your computer reboots.
One other thing worth trying is bootng into safe mode. Hold down shift after power-up and eventually the Apple Logo will come up with a loading bar under it. (wait an eternity) and once it boots see if the keyboard/trackpad work.
See if this resolves any issues. If not.....
Trackpad Problem- Sounds like it could possibly be a hardware issue. Does the trackpad seem displaced, stuck, not able to click, or depressed in any way? Is there any debris on it?
Keyboard Issue - I would first try plugging in an external keyboard just to see if the same issues occur with the random keys. It helps to eliminate software issues from hardware isssues. If it works with the external then I could see one a few issues. The first think that pops in my head is the keyboard cable is plugged in but not fully causing for only partial connection.
How comfortable are you at opening up the computer, at least taking off the bottom case and giving a look see?
