I have a macbook pro and would like to download the free trial of premiere pro cc.
I already downloaded cs6 but my trial expired. I cannot get my icloud to download the app to install the free trial. I hit download free trial, and the spinning wheel of death appears in my app section of icloud.

Yeah, I have Creative Cloud on my dock and when the app section finally
does load it says something like cannot connect.

Since you have another Mac, you could share it's DVD drive in System Preferences > Sharing.
Then use Remote Disc found on the MBair's finder's sidebar. This will mount the DVD in your old Mac to the MBair.

But I must point out that leaving the iPhoto Library on the external is worth considering. Your internal drive would be better off without having to carry the photos.
When you booted with the external connected and you were asked for the library, did you try navigating to the Library in on the external drive? -

My membership has expired and I would like to download a free trial - every time I try and do so it prompts me to purchase product again and will not open... Please advise if it is possible to use a free trial after membership has expired.
I believe if you have had the program installed and licensed already then the trial option has passed.

Any help appreciated. Thanks.I wouldn't use Photoshop to make posters, though of course I'd use it with the photos that are part of the poster. For text work I'd use Illustrator or InDesign as appropriate.

If you're talking about an iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch, a good place to start would be in the Settings App. Open Settings, go to General, then Reset down at the very bottom. Choose Reset Home Screen Layout there. The apps are obviously installed, so they likely just have the icons hidden.
If that doesn't work, or you're using a Mac, please let us know your device and operating system version like Seventy One asked.
