I have a magnifying glass shown when my Mac Pro starts, how can I getb rid of thsi?

After my Mac Pro with Apple Lion 10.74 is up and running, a rectngular magnifying glass appeqrs, I want to close this magnifying glas, how can I do it?

Head to your Apple Menu > System Preferences > Universal Access > Seeing > Zoom options or thereabouts.
You must have triggered a shortcut key or something.
