I have a mini iPad and just got iPhone 5c

I have an icloud email address and obviously an apple account what I want to know is can I use these on both my iPad and iPhone.

You won't be able to delete/remove apps which come pre-installed on either your iPad or iPhone such as Stocks, Calendar, Weather just as a few examples only Apps you've installed yourself can be deleted so this would include the likes of Pages if you've added that to your iPhone for example and just wanted to use it on your iPad instead, or vice versa.
By the way realise this is a different thread but how did you get on with your SIM cards?

The Apple iTunes webpage for iPhoto for iOS has no mention of calendars. iPhoto for iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod touch (4th generation), iPod touch (5th generation), iPad 2 Wi-Fi, iPad 2 Wi-Fi + 3G, iPad (3rd generation), iPad Wi-Fi + 4G, iPad (4th generation), iPad Wi-Fi + Cellular (4th generation), iPad mini and iPad mini Wi-Fi + Cellular on the iTunes App Store
AFAIK is only available in the iPhoto for OS X on the Mac.

Yes, I did try to go on my settings>wifi and was waiting for any wifi signals to pick up, but nothing shows up. But on my PC I get a whole list of networks to choose from. Regarding my neighbor, I already have her password that is why I was able to get it on my PC, the problem is that the mini Ipad is not picking any signal neither can it locate me when I go to maps.

I did the camera raw update and downloaded the dng software.I also downloaded the adobe app manager. I am not sure where to go from here. Do I have to upgrade to ps 12 or is there a way to make this work?

You need Camera Raw 6.7 for the 5D Mk III
If going to Help -> Updates doesn't work, try a manual update.

Only iTunes purchases may copy over via File > Transfer Purchases - otherwise syncing is one way, from the computer to the device. To get the rest of your music/films etc onto the new computer you can copy the backup from your old computer onto the new one and then load them into iTunes

I have an airport express
it can stream audio.
That is why the airplay icon shows up on the Videos,YouTube, and iPod apps
I do need an ATV to get the airplay icon to show up on Photos.
All of this is hinted at online but never written down.
the pictures show a ATV screen or box, show Photos screen with icon
but never say screen only looks this way with ATV available.
And I fooled myself by having an airport express which put the icon on all the other applications.

If you use Google for most of your data (calendar, email, contacts), you can sync both devices. My work phone is an Android phone but, because I use Gmail and Google calendar and have my Gmail set up as an Exchange account on my iOS devices, everything stays in sync.

Try restore from iPhone first. If you don't like the restore, you can setup your iPad to Factory Default.
Restore to Factory Default (setup as new):
Settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and settings

Aside from the fact that we have hijacked this thread - which we really shouldn't do - you would probably be better off posting questions or seeking advice in the iCloud portion of the Apple Support Communities. I'm sure that there are a lot of more experienced iCloud users on that site than I am.
I'm not a big believer in iCloud at this point, so my experience with it - other than downloading past purchases - is really pretty limited. I would not want to steer you down the wrong path.

If you set yp the Air before transfer, look in Users or Accounts pref pane to see if the other user is there to login to.

You should use a computer with a reasonably current version of Windows (or Mac OS X for an Apple computer).
Load the current version of iTunes (free) which you can get at http://www.apple.com/itunes
Sync her old iPad using iTunes. Do that by opening iTunes and plugging her old iPad into the computer using the USB cable that came with the iPad.
Then plug the iPad 2 into the same iTunes and let it sync. One of the options (since you say it's new) will be to restore from the old iPad.

If you backed it up to your computer using iTunes, restoring to the backup should recover it. (Apple's documentation isn't clear about whether or nott an iCloud backup includes your calendar events but it may.)

The Everything Packs only include UK calls, text & data. So if you have no credit you won't be able to use it abroad. Once you top up you will be able to call & text from abroad, but no data for which you will need a Euro add-on.
