I have a new computer. How do I sync my apps?

I have a new laptop computer (Windows7). I have a 2nd generation iPod Touch. I was able to sync my music library, playlists, videos, photos, podcasts, etc. by using a 3rd party software program - CopyTrans. My apps are not included in this. If I try to sync my apps now, they will all be deleted. How can I get iTunes to recognize the current apps on my iPod Touch and not delete them when I sync to iTunes via the new computer?

Your iPod is designed to sync with only one iTunes library at a time. It will recognize the iTunes library on the PC as a new library. If you sync the iPod with this new library, all content will be erased from the iPod and replaced with what is in the new library. So what you will want to do is copy everything from the iPod to your new iTunes library on your PC first.
Or better yet, if you still have access to the old computer, use one of the method described in this article copy everything from the old PC to the new one.

You are allowed to have two machines with activated installations, so if you only had one installation, you still have the option to install on a second without doing anything further than that. If you originally downloaded the purchase thru Adobe then you might find a download link available in your Adobe account online. You can also download thru the following page if you can find your version:

Backup to what? If you have the old computer and don't have a backup then I suggest doing so, not just for this situation but it's a good idea in general to have important data backed up.

for the photos, other music/movie not from itunes, you'll be needing a third party application
for contacts, calendars , photos from camera roll : you could just directly transfer it from your phone to the computer.

I assume you mean you saved it to the MobileMe iDisk - you were a paid subscriber to this? MobileMe closed last August (after a year's worth of warning emails and online notices) and if you didn't retrieve your files from the iDisk they have been deleted and are not recoverable by any means. There is no equivalent facility in iCloud.
