I have a new iPhone 6 and when on a call the screen stays on so that buttons are knocked such as the numbers or mute.

I have an iPhone 6 and occasionally the screen will not go black while I am talking, This causes numbers to be hit or the mute to go on. What can I do?

Start by resetting
then restore with back up and if necessary restore as new
This will sort any software issues ,if iPhone is still not functioning correctly, take to an Apple store genius bar .make an appointment first to avoid a long wait
