I have a new Mac computer...

but had my iPhone synced with my old PC. Now it is telling me I can only sync my iPhone with one device. Any way I can transfer all the songs on my iPhone to my new computer and have that be the computer it syncs with? I feel like it is telling me it will delete all my content if I sync it with my new computer.
Thanks for any help for this Mac newbie.

The transfer of content is designed by default to be one way from iTunes to iPod, but there are third-party utilities that you can use to get music files and playlists from your iPod. Some will transfer movies, videos, photos and games as well. Here's a list of some of them:
YamiPod
iPod Music Liberator
Floola
iPodRip (iPhone and iPod Touch compatible)
iPod Music Liberator (iPhone and iPod Touch compatible)
Music Rescue (iPhone and iPod Touch compatible)
iGadget (iPhone and iPod Touch compatible)
iRepo (iPhone and iPod Touch compatible)
iPod Access (iPhone and iPod Touch compatible)
TouchCopy (iPhone and iPod Touch compatible)
There is also a manual method of accessing the iPod's hard drive and copying songs back to iTunes on Windows or a Mac. That process is detailed here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1329?viewlocale=en_US
