I have a new PC with Windows 7 which does not recognize the Solution Center program of the PSC 1401.
I purchased a new pc with Windows 7. I tried to load the HP Solution Center for my HP PSC 1401 printer but
said it was not compatable with the newer Windows version. I had been running Windows XP. Is there a download available to upgrade this program?

When I tried to sync my iPod Touch with my new computer none of the photographs were synced. I use Adobe Photoshop Elements 10. When I did it the first time the photographs were all muddled up in their albums. When I tried to sync again the photographs were all removed. On the third try I received an error message something like 'Unable to sync photographs program cannot be found.' Can anyone help. (It may be to do with Windows 7 and Libraries??)

Download the latest version of iTunes for Windows in the appropriate version for your OS (32 or 64 bit) for syncing. Download QuickTime for Windows for playback videos in iTunes (it's not included anymore). This stuff you can get on Apple's download pages. For syncing your iPhone contacts with Win 7 you need a version of Outlook.

If you have the disks you use them to reinstall. If you need to download the programs, you can download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.

ThanksYes. Each Lr version is complete in itself and does not require an older version for installation. This is true also if you buiy an upgrade.
BUT: If you buy the upgrade you will be asked - during the imnstallation progress - not only for the serial # of the upgrade but also for the serial # of your old Lr version.
So, keep your Lr2 serial # handy.
When you buy the upgrade from Adobe's website, you will be sent an e-mail that contains your serial # for the upgrade. -
After updating iTunes this week Windows 8 recognizes the iPod but does not offer an option to open with iTunes. iTunes does not recognize iPod Touch. Have followed all the steps but without success. Is there a solution with iTunes?
I followed all the instructions on the suggested page. Many files in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\ and C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\ could not be deleted. Message said ""Cannot delete files: It is being used by another person or program"' but could not find iPodService.exe in task manager (also, the "Cannont delete ... " did not mention iPodService.exe).
Deleted all that I could. Reinstalled iTunes. Still same result. iTunes and computer both recognize my old iPod. Only the computer recognizes iPod Touch.
