With the Finder as the Front app go to the Go Menu > GO to Folder.
Copy and Paste the bold text below into the text field
~/Library/Keychains
Highlight the Keychain.
Use the CMD + i Keys together (Keystrokes for Get Info from the File Menu)
In the Info Panel that appears check the Ownership and Permission bit at the bottom.
Example Pic
Unlock Padlock
Check your Shortmname Appears (the (Me) one).
Open the Cogwheel icon
If it is Greyed Out to "Make "Shortname (Me)" owner then you are the Owner.
Check you have Read and Write Permissions.
You may need to check the Ownership and Permission on the ~/Library itself (you can do the same Get Info on Folders as well as Files)
If you don't Own it then, when you have changed that also Apply to Contents.

Let's try a repair install of iTunes first.
Restart the PC. If you're using Vista or 7, now head into your Uninstall a program control panel, select "iTunes" and then click "Repair". If you're using XP, head into your Add or Remove Programs control panel, select "iTunes", click "Change" and then click "Repair".

Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.

Should you get the error iTunes.exe - Entry Point Not Found after the above reinstall then copy QTMovieWin.dll from:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support
and paste into:
C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes
The above paths would be for a 64-bit machine. Hopefully the same fix with the " (x86)" omitted would work on 32-bit systems with the same error.

I am trying to make duplicate documents with minor adjustments to each and when I try to copy the artwork from one document and paste it into the new document I keep getting the error "Can't paste the objects. The requested transformation would make some objects fall completely off the drawing area." Both documents are exactly the same size, res, color format etc. I even tried to drag and drop and get the same error message. Anyone know what I can do to resolve this issue?

Try scaling the view size down to 6% or so and then do a Select All. See if there are objects off the artboard which may be causing this error. Most often you will see this if there were guides dragged from a ruler which were selected by dragging the white arrow and then deleted. This leaves the anchor points at the edge of the work area.

The first step is to try this Microsoft fixit:

If that doesn't work we will have to try something more complicated. It is a could not open file error message from the installer.

My iPhone 5 won't restore, and I keep getting the error messages "9" and "1600."

So, today has been a disaster for my poor little iPhone. I have been at football camp all day, and my phone has been tucked away in my bag, so no physical damage was done to it whatsoever. At about 3:30, I checked it and it was working fine. At 4, when my camp ended, my phone was dead - with 80%+ battery. It wouldn't display anything, not an Apple logo, not a charge logo, nothing. So, I tried restarting it by pressing the home button and sleep button together for 20 seconds, and it didn't work. I tried doing it for 60 seconds, and it didn't work. So, finally, I get home and plug my phone into my wall charger in hopes of reviving my iPhone, and still no luck. So I've reached my last resort and I plugged it into the computer to restore it. I finally got it to show up, and didn't think there would be any problems. I started getting it restored, and no luck. I got error message 9. I thought it was just unlucky, so I tried again. This time, the process had went a little further, enough to display an Apple logo on my screen, but then I got error message 1600. Ever since then, I've been getting those error messages. I've tried everything. I've rebooted my Mac, changed USB ports, everything. Does anybody know what it might be? I know what both errors mean, and the problems that they are depicting aren't actually happening. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Error 9 says:

This error occurs when the device unexpectedly loses its USB connection with iTunes. This can occur if the device is manually disconnected during the restore process. This issue can be resolved by performing USB troubleshooting, using a different USB dock-connector cable, trying another USB port, restoring on another computer, or by eliminating conflicts from third-party security software.
Error 1600 says:
Error 1600, 1601, 1602
Follow the steps listed above for Error 1604. This error may also be resolved by disabling, deactivating, or uninstalling third-party security, antivirus, and firewall software. See steps in this article for details on troubleshooting security software.
The steps for 1604 are:
Error 1604
This error is often related to USB timing. Try changing USB ports, using a different dock connector to USB cable, and other available USB troubleshooting steps (troubleshooting USB connections. If you are using a dock, bypass it and connect directly to the white Apple USB dock connector cable. If the issue persists on a known-good computer, the device may need service.
If the issue is not resolved by USB isolation troubleshooting, and another computer is not available, try these steps to resolve the issue:
Connect the device to iTunes, confirm that the device is in Recovery Mode. If it's not in Recovery Mode, put it into Recovery Mode.
Restore and wait for the error.
When prompted, click OK.
Close and reopen iTunes while the device remains connected.
The device should now be recognized in Recovery Mode again.
Try to restore again.
If the steps above do not resolve the issue, try restoring using a known-good USB cable, computer, and network connection.

Whenever I plug in my iPhone 5 into my Windows 7 PC, I keep getting the error "iTunes could not connect to the iPhone because the pairing record is missing." The other things I've read are pretty old and are written for iPods, not iPhones.

I had this same problem with my new MBP 15", but only with the USB port on the left side. The USB port on the right side worked fine. Perhaps the ports on the left don't have enough signal energy for the iPhone.
Anyway, try using a different USB port, and if that doesn't work, perhaps you could try a powered USB hub.

Yes, I know there is a section about this question. But, frankly it is sort of confusing as to which issue the problem is. So, I thought I would ask here. This problem started a few days ago, but now is constantly persistent no matter what web page I'm accessing. I originally thought it was Yahoo, but I can see it is other web sites. I've been running in safe mode now for day & 1/2 now. So far no problem. I do notice that there may be two, I think recent additions that might be suspect, if in fact they are. Really don't know, but, capture & print is recent. Do you cor-el know of any issues with that extension? I was told to add that feature to my computer by a contributor on this forum (firefox). The second possible issue--again guessing, is windows live photo gallery. That too may be recent. cor-el, any issues with that, that you are aware of? Thanks

My nano won't sync and I keep getting the error code 13019

I had a computer crash and have been trying to move all of my itunes library over to my new computer. I got that accomplished today, added new music and got my itunes library all filled up how I want it but now it won't sync with my ipod. It says "This Ipod "Jessica's Ipod" cannot be synced. An unknown error occurred (13019)."
Any ideas on what could be the issue here? I've done all the basic troubleshooting including: resetting my ipod, making sure I have the latest itunes availalbe, restarting my computer, trying different USB ports and I even restored my ipod to factory settings to see if it would help. Now all I'm left with is an empty Ipod.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've done all the recommended steps from other posts similar to this and NOTHING is helping.
