I'm familiar with how to install a camera raw plugin for photoshop. However, I've had a difficult time finding the correct download link for the Nikon d3100 for ps cs4. Will you please point me in the right direction with a link or otherwise? Thanks so much!

ACR - Adobe Camera Raw versions are specific to the version of Photoshop you have.
They don't provide updates to your version for cameras that were released much later.
You need to download the LATEST version of DNR Converter and use this to convert a FOLDER that contains your D3100 files to DNGs which then can be opened in your older version of ACR for Photoshop CS4.

Camera-raw plugin for NEF files, made with the new Nikon D7200

Hi, does anyone know when there will be a camera-raw plugin for NEF files made with the new Nikon D7200?

I think that camera is too new. Even the DNG converter will not support it. If you have Nikon software with the camera, you could convert to tiff and then use the tiff files in Elements whilst awaiting the next Camera Raw update for PSE13.

I have installed Adobe packages and cannot find the Acrobat extension folder please advise how can I get these applications to load onto my computer?

I have installed Adobe Creative Cloud for teams CC Packages which says that Acrobat XI Pro is installed. Your support page says it does not install Acrobat and I have to look in the Extensions folder for an MSI file. I have run a number of searches and cannot find the Acrobat extension folder please advise how can I get these applications to load onto my computer?
Also I now administer the teams and have accepted the invitation to I received to be a team member and download the apps. The admin page shows that I have been sent an invitation but does not show my account as "ACtive" unlike my other team members. I tried to use the link in the invite to accept it become active but the link displayed an error saying I had already accepted the invite... why is no account not active?
Finally what other product downloads in Creative Cloud do not actually download as part of the Creative cloud Packager for downloading the apps? e.g. acrobat and what else?

I just recently downloaded and installed photoshop cs6 and the highest camera raw update i have is camera raw 7 and my camera (NIKON D610) requires camera raw 8.3 i've updated the camera raw plugin to the highest thats available in the software update but i read that camera raw 8.3 is now available but i can't seem to locate it on the internet or adobe website to upgrade my camera raw plugin to 8.3. can someone please help me and show me where i can find a download link for camera raw 8.3 thank you for taking the time to read this and your help will be greatly appreciated.

Why not update CS6 to use ACR 8.6? If CS 6 menu Help>Updates does not update ACR to 8.6 try downloading the update manually and inst stall it.

HT203322 Still having issues with installing Yosemite after deleting "Backups.backupdb" on the internal hard drive. I have restarted multiple times and cannot find any other back up files, yet I still receive the same error message during installation.

I am using a 2011 iMac on 10.6.8. I recently downloaded the Yosemite upgrade and during the installation process ran into the "this disk is used for time machine backups". I ejected the external drive I use for time machine backups and turned off time machine in the application. I then followed the instructions of the help article (OS X: Cannot install on a volume used by Time Machine for backups - Apple Support) by moving the folder "Backups.backupdb" that I was able to find on my internal hard drive to the trash. I have restarted several times after completing this process. I am still running into the same error during the installation process. I have searched the hard drive for any other backups and I cannot find any. I searched the hard drive using the command cmd-shift-g and searched for “backups.backupdb” and was unable to find any folders or files. Any other suggestions?

I have resolved the problem - I did not actually delete the "backups.backupdb" folder, I only deleted the contents of the folder. I must have only searched on the user account for the folder after I thought I had deleted it. Thank you for the assistance everyone and I apologize for the inconvenience!

I have lost the document and cannot find it anywhere.

I have been working on a lengthy document all evening in Pages.
I went to highlight it all (cmd A) to regularise the font etc, and I think I hit Alt just afterwards and the document has disappeared. I cannot find it anywhere, not in trash, documents or finder.
Please, has anyone any ideas where it may be and how I can find it?

Menu is the bar of pull down menus at the top of your screen.
"Window" is the 3rd from the right.
Open documents are listed at the bottom of the Window menu.
Select any you want to come to the fore.
It has occurred to me that you may have hit a key combination with all the text selected, so the text got replaced with nothing and that is what you are talking about.
Menu > Edit > Undo as many times as makes your material come back.

The pdf files should still be in your email. Open the email again. Tap and hold down on the pdf icon and a window will pop up with apps that you can open the pdf files in. If you have the iBooks app, save the files to there. You can open and print them from iBooks. If the PDFs files are already open in the email, tap anywhere on the open pdf and you will see the action icon in the upper right corner. Tap that icon and you will get the same Open In window and you can choose iBooks from there. When you go back to the mail app, if you have to close the pdf file, tap on it again and you will see Done in the upper left corner. Tap that to close the file.

HI Jazzy, caveat first. I'm not hugely experienced with iTunes and syncing music, BUT, I think the problem is your switch of Apple ID. The music you had before 'belongs' the the previous family AppleID. When you switched ID, then iTunes didn't associate the new ID with the old music list.
Try this:
Log back in with the family ID. Either change the credit card number to your own, or add your credit card to the family one. You should be able to delete it later when you have finished. Then you should be able to download the Justin Timberlake album to the family account.
My suspicion is that by logging back in with the original ID, all the music should be back.
