There aren't any viruses for iOS devices. Have you got notifications muted ? Only notifications (including games) get muted, so the iPod and Videos apps, and headphones, still get sound.
Depending on what you've got Settings > General > Use Side Switch To set to (mute or rotation lock), then you can mute notifications by the switch on the right hand side of the iPad, or via the taskbar : double-click the home button; slide from the left; and it's the icon far left; press home again to exit the taskbar. I am having the same problem with brand new Ipad Mini at my house.
It connects to the WiFi fine - but will not pull an IP address in DHCP mode, or if I set all the IP info statically - it still will not get any network access.
This doesn't look like a WiFi issue, as it does connect and is seen by the WiFi Access Point. All the normal WiFi fix stuff doesn't help.
- Using a Dlink DAP-2553 which is less than 2 months old.
Other devices connect fine, including Ipad 2.
This same Mini worked fine at another house and also connected to a mobile hotspot fine....so seems to be some weird IP issue with maybe this Access Point or maybe the older Router that I have (older Netgear)?
I am actually a network engineer and still have not been able to find a solution. Both the Ipad Mini and the Dlink WAP have the latest firmware loaded.

I just recieved an iPad mini iOS 7 and currently use an Android 2.2 phone which I would like to share stuff by way of bluetooth. It says that they are paired, but won't connect. Are they not compatible? Or is there some app that makes it work?

iOS does not support file sharing over BT. To the best of my knowledge, there are no apps that will allow sharing from iOS to Android over BT but, I could be wrong.
You can use a service such as DropBox. Or just email things.

Try some basic troubleshooting:
(A) Try reset iPad
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears
(B) Try reset all settings
Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings
(C) Setup as new (data will be lost if you do not have backup)
Settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and settings

Issues with compositing and some apps

I'm pretty sure this only started happening after I did a complete system upgrade. I use the XFCE built in compositor. The problem I'm having is basically flashes! Annoying black flashes in firefox and opera. Konqueror isn't affected and I've never had this problem before (xfce under gentoo). I also don't recall having the issue before I did the system upgrade.
I'm using the latest nvidia drivers and the latest firefox. To replicate, open a firefox window on one virtual desktop. Then jump to another desktop and go back to the one containing firefox. For me, the firefox window flashes, the entire window is black for a split second. It doesn't sound like a big issue, but it's annoying as hell and I would be regularly switching desktops like this, as I code in one desktop and view in another.
I just want to know if anyone else experiences this or if they know a fix, before I try a re-install of arch. Note, this doesn't occur when XFCE's compositor is disabled. I haven't tested with copmiz fusion yet.

The weather issue on ur phone if its the one on main screen it runs off of your GPS. make sure in ur Location settings theyre all checked on. see if that helps. I got mine all checked i still at times were i live get a City thats 100 miles away on my phone But when I go out side it corrects itself. In the App store try Chartcross or GPS Test it will show u were the sattelites are located its a good app an it also tells ur alt. and speed. No subwoofer sound at all, when set to headphone

I'm looking for help, becouse I've tried all other possibilities. I have to ask you for help. Please, response..
I recently bought "X-Fi Extreme Music". It's fantastic card and sound is fantastic, but when I realized that I can use DTS/5./Dolby etc. and my headphones I can't li've without it!
Problem is simple.. I can't hear subwoofer at all when I set in panel speaker system to "2/2,". When it's all set to "headphones" everything works properly. Why? I have very good quality headphones and everything sounds much better with setting "2/2." instead headphonses, but... subwooofer is "dead".
Anyone could help me and tell why I can't hear subwoofer?
Second question is simple... Is this possible to set level of every "virual speaker" separately, when CMSS and DTS are on?

Tackling the iMac problem: In iCloud network preferences, I unchecked Safari then soon after rechecked it, and your suggestion appears to have worked: a bookmark recently added on one of the other devices appeared in the iMac Safari bookmarks. So far so good.
Did the same thing with contacts. The iMac took a couple of hours to restore the sync setting, but it finally completed the task. The computer was laboring so I rebooted. Then I opened the contacts application and saw the spinning grey bars next to the "iCloud" heading above my list of contact groups. Some time later the spinning lines were replaced by an exclamation point. I clicked on it and got the message that the operation could not be completed because of a "CoreDAVErrorDomain error 1..". Subsequently, after much spinning of the line wheel, I have gotten either the exclamation point with the CoreDAV message or a lightning bolt icon. Whether exclamation point or lightning bolt, clicking on it provokes a long period of the spinning line wheel. And looking at some telltale contact discrepancies between the iMac and the other machines, nothing seems to have changed in terms of merging the discrepancies.
Searching for the error message in the support community, I see this has happened to others, and they have had some success in following a list of steps starting with archiving the contacts, which I have done. Don't think I fully follow the other steps, nor am I sure they apply to my situation.

The problem is that different vendors use different algorithms to generate the HEX key and therefore a ASCII password on an AEBS will be hashed differently on a non-Apple client and vice versa.
