I have a number of serious issues regarding LPX and need to contact Apple, info welcome
Hi Apple Community,
I have been using LPX for a few weeks now and I have run into a large number of issues, some of which are completely game-breaking. I was shocked to see that there is no support contact at Apple for Logic Pro- I was simply redirected here.
My issues include-
Logic's visual meters lagging while 3rd party AUs cope just fine
Several severe instances of automation triggering late, particularly and somewhat cripplingly involving the gain plugin (and yes I do have sample accurate automation on the correct setting)
Inconsistent behaviour playing back samples in library (samples will sometimes not play at all and I have to press keyboard shortcut again, or sometimes will play after a 1-2 second delay)
Windows simply disappear after changing desktop 'spaces' and must be maximised by right-clicking icon in dock
Plugin windows are sometimes unresponsive and must be closed and reopened

It seems this very experienced user has done some thorough testing and discovered massive problems with Logic's automation and plugin delay compensation. Not good.
I'm sure I need not go into detail about how difficult these issues are to work with collectively. I would greatly appreciate some time from an Apple employee regarding these matters.

I'm having problems with iPhoto and the facebook set-up. Every time I attempt to do so it says an error has occured and try again later. I have not seen a solution posted. Therefore, how does one contact Apple to solve the problem? I'm new to the world of iMac but I find it a bit frustrating trying to solve basic issues/problems:(
For what it's worth, you posted this in 2011, and here in 2014 I am still having this same issue. Over the last two days, I have had to unlock my apple account 8 times. I didn't get any new devices. I haven't initiated a password reset. I didn't forget my password. I set up two factor authentication and have been able to do the unlocking with the key and using a code sent to one of my devices.
That all works.
It's this having to unlock my account every time I go to use any of my devices. And I have many: iMac, iPad, iPad2, iPad mini, iPhone 5s, iPod touch (daughter), and my old iPhone 4 being used as an ipod touch now. They are all synced, and all was working just fine.
I have initiated an incident with Apple (again) but I know they are just going to suggest I change my Apple ID. It's a simple one, and one that I am sure others think is theirs. I don't want to change it. I shouldn't have to. Apple should be able to tell me who is trying to use it, or at least from where.

I have bought an iPhone 3GS from a friend and it is locked in to Vodaphone, I need to unlock it as I live in Spain and my friend is in the UK. Do I need to contact Apple with the IMEI number to have the phone registered to me or do I just contact Vodaphone? I need to do this asap so please help?
Only Vodaphone can authorize the unlocking of this phone. Apple can't/won't help you.
However, Vodaphone, like most carriers, will only authorize unlocking for customers, obviously not you. You need to get your friend to request that Vodaphone authorize the unlocking of this phone. -
I have moved from south africa to the US and need to change all my billing details - I'm unable to change the country of residence part?
Did you click the "change country or region" link in your account information in the iTunes Store? If not, you need to do that to change your country. Note that you will need a valid US credit card or US iTunes card to enter as payment method.

Hi. I have updated my computer to Windows 8.1 and now suddenly my Apple TV can not find the computer, it says "turn on the home sharing". Both of these are on, iTunes and Apple TV, what to do? It was working perfect before update.

nowadays have many user have problem with update to ios7 and need active with apple id maybe in the future in order escape from these problems must be stop use these products else. Because of simple user don't know about this technology and sometime just hear from other user that it 's difficult to use then force they change phone that use to handle to another.
It is a feature to discourage the theft of iPhones by making them useless if resold. It's not going anywhere. It's simple: just don't buy a phone until you make sure that the activation lock has been disabled.

I have Mac using OS X 10.5.8 and need to upgrade, my book has freezing up a lot also what can i do as far as instalation of a newer software
you might want to check your battery. my MacBook was freezing up a lot too. and just this morning wouldn't even start. tho it was plugged in. fooled around with the plug, still no go.
Checked battery. fully charged.
took it out, and it wouldn't go back in, then noticed there's a slight bulge on the inside.
This is definitely not good.
So plugged it in without the battery. started up fine. and has not frozen yet. while looking for battery replacements on eBay. for hours now. lots of really inexpensive replacemnt ones.

Apple TV only showing trying to change date and time. I have recently changed to a new wifi provider and need to change the settings in tha ATV box.
Welcome to the Apple Community.
Assuming this is not the first time you have used your Apple TV
You might try restarting the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds.
Also try restarting the router. (Also try removing it’s power cord for at least 30 seconds)
If the problem persists, try a restore, you may want to try the previous procedures several times before doing this.
If restoring from the Apple TV doesn't help, try restoring from iTunes using a USB cable.
If this is a new Apple TV, in addition to trying the above, it may also be that your network router is not allowing access to the timeserver, check that your router allows access over port 123.
