I have a passcode restriction on my iPad but my child can still access games without the passcode. How can this be prevented?

Can anyone tell me how to configure the settings so that we have to log on with passcode before the kid can play games?

There are 2 different passcodes which you can have on the iPad. There's the one that I mentioned above for restricting access to the iPad, and there is also one that can be used for 'restrictions' : Settings > General > Restrictions - that one allows you to restrict access to some apps (e.g. you can hide Safari, the iTunes store, the App Store via 'Installing Apps' set 'off') and to content by age (e.g. hide apps or films with a particular age rating) : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4213
Be aware that if the passcode to unlock the iPad is typed incorrectly too many times then the iPad may become disabled, and will need to be reset / restored by connecting to a computer's iTunes (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1212)

click on the contact which you want to integrate, click the edit button scroll down u will find a option called link contacts use it to link it to the duplicate contact

The personal hotspot is not an app or an icon; it is a setting. You must first have your carrier provision it, then you turn it on in settings. Most carriers charge extra for tethering.

I went into the cloud on phone it was on. Turned off and back on. Now i have 6 of one contactDeleted face books also incase that was the issue. If she deletes your account, any photos in your photostream album will be removed from her device, her own photos in camera roll or other albums will not. If there are any photos in your photostream album she wants, there are 2 options available to her:
Copy those photos to her camera roll before deleting your account.
Create a shared photostream album yourself and share it with her.

Simply restore from the latest backup you made to iCloud or iTunes, prior to the damage incident. You were backing up to iTunes regularly, or at least using iCloud to backup wireless & automatically... right?
If you cannot make a backup of the damaged device at this point, and you do not have a backup of the data on the device, then you cannot access the data on the device, and it is lost. What would you have done if instead of simply being damaged, it had been lost or stolen?
This is a harsh lesson. Now you know why it is recommended to backup regularly. Learn from your mistake, and don't repeat it.

You will have to continue to share since you cannot merge Apple ID related accounts. They are permanently separated.

Go to Settings>iCloud, sign in with your Apple ID to create your account, then turn on the data you want to sync with iCloud. Also turn on My Photo Stream and Photo Sharing in Settings>iCloud>Photos if you want to use photo stream, Find My iPhone and iCloud Backup in Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup if you want to use these.
