Any issues running Windows but in quickweb I am not able to get sounds for the speakers.
I am able to use skype without any problems.

The only official way to unlock an iPhone is via the carrier to whom it is locked.
Any other way of unlocking the device is hacking.
How did you unlock the device?

I purchased my Macbook (17") through a certified apple tecnition in August 2012, it was refurbished and the motherboard was completely replaced. I do a lot of photo editing, but I have been unable to do so because of the red vibrating lines that interrupt my screen. I brought the computer back to the technition I purchased it from and he said that it was a problem with my fan, so I have two new fans but the issue is still occuring. I recommend having your Mac serviced by someone competent. A force sufficient to "blow apart" the fans was clearly excessive and may have damaged the display cable, as well as any number of other problems.
Dust is properly cleaned with a vacuum, preferably one designed for computer service, and they are not cheap.
Compressed air should never be used. It just blows dust everywhere, often into places where it can no longer be removed.

There is only one speaker, what looks like another speaker is actually a microphone. All iPhones only have one speaker down by the dock connector.

There are many possible causes for this issue. Take each of the following steps that you haven't already tried.
1. Start with the steps recommended in this support article. Don't skip any of the steps. It's the starting point for further efforts to solve the problem.
2. If your model has an audio-out (headphone) port, and anything is plugged in, unplug it before putting the system to sleep.
3. If you've installed something called "Memory Clean" or any other third-party software that is supposed to "clean" or "purge" memory automatically, remove it according to the developer's instructions and reboot. You should do that even if the software is not causing the problem, because it's useless.
4. If you've installed an equalizer called "Boom" or anything similar, update or delete it and reboot.
5. If an AirPlay device is selected for sound output from iTunes (or from other applications via third-party software such as "Airfoil"), deselect it.
6. Launch the application "Audio MIDI Setup" by entering the first few letters of its name in a Spotlight search and selecting it in the results (it should be at the top.) Select the Output tab. If the Mute boxes are checked, uncheck them. Move the Volume sliders all the way to the right.
7. If a red light is coming from the audio-out port, the internal switch is stuck in the position for digital output. You may be able to free it by inserting and removing a mini-stereo jack of the proper size. Inserting any kind of tool in the port may cause damage that won't be covered by your warranty.
If there's no red light, the switch may still be stuck in the headphone position. Try to free it the same way.
8. Disconnect all wired peripherals except keyboard and mouse, if applicable. If more than one display is connected, disconnect all extra ones. Reboot and test.
9. Boot in safe mode. Don't log in; just reboot as usual when the login screen appears. When you do, make sure the words "Safe Boot" do not appear in the login screen. If they do, the system is still in safe mode and sound won't work.
10. Reset the NVRAM.
11. Reset the SMC.
12. Reinstall OS X after backing up all data. For a possible shortcut, see this thread.
13. Make a "Genius" appointment at an Apple Store.

Sorry to hear you are having issues, but there are 2 ways you can print from that device.
The first one is to simply email photos or documents to your printers email address by attaching them to a new message.
The other option is to download the HP ePrint Home and Biz app from Google Play. The app is free and should allow you to print pictures and documents to the printer with ease. I have added a link below on how to get started with this app.

That setting only works for system sounds like push notifications (emails and the like), some game sounds, keyboard clicks and things like that. If you want to mute all sounds you still have to turn the volume all the way down with the volume switch.

The "show view options" works on all my other Folders in my system, even on the first two of the Folder in question. How can I correct it? Movies viewed in Videos and YouTube appear only in landscape orientation. Street views in Maps
also appear only in landscape orientation.
Do you have the scree orientation lock turned on? If on there is a circular arrow icon with a padlock inside next to the battery charge icon in the upper right.
