I have a pop-up blocker for facebook, which i cannot disable, in order to upload videos

I have gone to 'tools' and tried entering facebook as an exception. I have also tried temporarily disabling pop-ups all together. Neither have worked and i can't upload videos to facebook due to firefox security. Please help??

I am attempting to review documents that have attachments. I am unable to view the attachments. I just get a blank page and the message that my brower has installed a pop-up blocker installed and I need to disable it. When I go into my Tools, the pop up block box is not checked. I posted about this a few days ago with no response. VERY annoying! I am working at a job on Quickbooks online and in the middle of entering transactions I keep getting the message that Firefox is blocking something but the pop-up blocker is not even checked on in preferences and the message at the top when you open it asks if I want to allow the web address I'm on - WHICH IS ALREADY LISTED IN THE LIST THEY ARE SHOWING ME of allowed sites!

if you wish to disable Pop-ups, you can follow these instructions:
Type about:config in the address bar
Search dom.disable_open_during_load and set it to false
To re-enable the Pop-up blocker, set dom.disable_open_during_load to true

The iPhoto Library is locked, on a locked disk, or you do not have permission to make changes to it.

These Unable to Import and Locked Library messages are common symptoms of a damaged database file. As iPhoto Library Manager is unable to rectify the situation you'll need to do a Manual Rebuild as described in this article

Each line needs to have it's own login and password for managing ringbacks and ringtone purchases, and backup and cloud services.
Register each number on the account for it's own username and password, and make the ringback purchase under that login. If it's already purchased under a different number, call customer service and they can straighten it out for you.

verify on another Mac if the same
WD is having issues with mavericks as you can see on the WD forum, did you install any WD software (never do that) when you connected the drive for the first time?
possible issue is a dead SATA bridge card or the new WD firmware w/ Mavericks.

I am no longer able to open or download most PDFs from web pages. I have the pop-up blocker turned off in Preferences.

In recent months I have found that I am unable to download or open PDF documents from web pages. Download links either open a blank page in a new tab or do nothing. PDFs that I am unable to view in Firefox can be viewed and/or downloaded in Safari most of the time and Chrome all of the time so I assume the problem is not my computer or operating system. I recently turned off the pop-up blocker but that did not make a difference. The problem has worsened over the past couple months, it appears that more and more web sites are moving to a different protocol for viewing/downloading PDFs. It used to happen occasionally but now I find that I am unable to view a majority - about 75% - of PDFs. I am using Firefox v18 for Mac with Mac OS X 10.6.8.

I don't believe there is a way to make that site work with your phone at this time. It uses some pop up methods that do not work with browsers that only have one window.

Outside of the contact number for that you've already used I don't know another way of direct contact. Here are some things that they may or may not of had you try that might help you. If you will go to the settings app and pick general on the right-hand side you will see accessibility. Within that you can adjust a text size make the text bowl you can also increase the contrast. You can also adjust the brightness and control panel.
As for Siri again in the settings app under general you should see Siri on the right-hand side with the switch to turn it on. If that is turned on and you're still having issues
Try a Restart.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Resetting your settings
You can also try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your device settings again.... All of the settings in the settings app will have to be re-entered. You won't lose any data, but it takes time to enter all of the settings again.

To copy photos that were originally synced from a computer you will need a third-party app on your iPad such as Simple Transfer which can copy them off via your wifi network. But as photos are 'optimised' when they are synced to the iPad, any that you then copy back to a computer may not be exactly the same as they were on your original computer.
In terms of then deleting them from your iPad, if you connect the iPad to your computer's iTunes and select an empty photo folder on the Photos tab in iTunes and then sync it, that should remove those photos from your iPad.
